At the ELBJAZZ festival, the raw industrial charm of the port of Hamburg meets musical diversity and a maritime concert experience unlike any other. Since 2010, thousands of festivalgoers have enjoyed the festival’s presentations of distinguished international artists performing the full spectrum of jazz music. A new festival venue in 2017 is the recently opened Elbphilharmonie concert hall and adjoining HafenCity area – this and the Blohm+Voss shipyard will constitute the two festival centres.
