Checkmark To Do & Task List

The app is very well crafted and user friendly. I have been wondering how to create a repeating list which resets every day automatically.

Only 3 stars for now. Reason being that there is no ability to mark tasks complete in the notifications without have to go into the app to do it . Also the notification sound stopped working. The notification comes up but no sound.

Hands down the best task list app available. Recent updates have resulted in a more sluggish UI but the functionality remains the best available.

Very good app.It is user friendly.but when checklist has completed with 100% it is not moving to 'finished' group automaticaly.

Checkmark easily duplicates or clones checklists of tasks within a Google acct. With a little extra effort & a few more steps it can copy gTasks checklists from one Google acct to another, without added 'metadata' in the notes field. Great for archiving & other power operations, nice action on Android tablet!

I have the free 5.7 version but Google Tasks Synchronization fails and closes the app. My Samsung GT-S5830T is Android OS 2.3.4 equipped, so it should work according to the developers. However, they do warn that "the feature is still in beta phase and only available in Android OS 2.1 or higher due to API limitations." Also, they tell us that "since the Official Google Tasks API is still in beta release, user might encounter some sync issues in the beginning. We will be greatly appreciated it if you can write directly to us instead of posting comments in the market." All good and well, but Linda - June 7, 2012 - Samsung Galaxy Note with version 5.7, says they've tried and got no response. Perhaps this is a dead duck already! I can't use it without the sync feature, so I'm removing it to make room for one that works?

Nice app, slightly cumbersome interface. Cluttered and ugly widget. Many of the features are superfluous and unnecessary in a to-do list manager. I don't care that it doesn't currently sync to Google Tasks. But I've uninstalled it, because the only compelling reason to buy it is to be able to nest tasks. $5 is too steep a price just for that. At least the developer could CENTER the annoying ads, right? Going with the competition, sorry.

Looks very promising so far but closes when try to sync with my Google account. For me that's a needed main feature.

Loved this app- if only it would sync to tasks or dropbox as it claims. Emailed developer twice- no response. Very disappointed. Will uninstall.

I use Google calender to keep things synchronised across all the various devices that I use. Despite what Greenbean say it doesn't sync.

Just installed and tried this and had to rate. I wanted a more detailed checklist app to keep track of wedding tasks and this one is perfect. I created a project (wedding) and at least 20 sub tasks under it all with capability to add notes. I don't know if it syncs but I don't care, it does EXACTLY what I needed and I love it! Thank you!!

The collapsible-checklist idea is simply superb to ease the user in managing subtasks. Nonetheless, the way to pick the due date is not convenient. Should be in the form of calender, whereby the user can view the day in each month, rather than key in a date without knowing what day it is.

Good software but I cannot syncronize Google Tasks. Why?

I use this far more than I ever thought I would. Anything from a packing list for travel, to a simple grocery list. Perfect!

No response front developer. 4 stars when working. Uninstalled as its not :-(

It doesn't know which device is latest and will replace your latest todos with old ones. I lost all my important controls after syncing with this one. I recommend you to look for another one since Checkmarks is not safe to keep your tasks synchronized.

This is the best to do app on the market. I love the way you can have multi levels of tasks whenever I plan a complicated task I have other task to complete before the main task. this solves that with ease. It does what it says on the tin. But best of all is the developers, they go that extra mile for customer satisfaction. they listen to comments and suggestion and act very quickly to resolve issues. Its 5 stars for the app and 10 for the developers

Xperia Acro S running Android version 4.1.2 - Ever since I updated, when I open an EXISTING task or checklist, Checkmark shuts down every time I click on the check mark on the upper right corner of the screen.

I have been looking for it! Beats all other to DOs apps!

My phone runs slower. Multiple other reasons

Can no longer create repeating tasks. Tried working with developers, but they were not able to replicate the problem. I must be the only one having this issue.

It helps out so much when you have a bad memory. Plus it organizes too.

Has no drag and drop to manually order tasks. You have to enter and then manually exit an edit mode to edit the task details. Regardless of any other features these make this app unusable. Immediate uninstall.

Good App

I need it to sync with my Google tasks, and it fails to gather all the tasks. I end up with a short list. If this can be sorted out, I'll immediately buy the pro version. Cheers.

Hi, I have taken the update. Its crashing again and again for every 10 min and making my mobile slow... Please fix the bug as soon as possible. I'm using Galaxy S-Duos.. Thanks in advance. -Shripad

MUST HAVE for sewers, jewelry makers & scatter brained crafters like me! Bye bye scatter brain, never forget an idea again! I have a list for business, daily & monthly to do's, jewelry, sewing projects, supplies & more. I have products im working on w/pics, new ideas with inspiration photos all at a glance. I work with sooooooo many different mediums & have new ideas daily that ive been jotting down in random notebooks/sketchbooks. Now it's all in ONE place & I sync it to my tablet. Now I can list new ideas on the go, take photos of products/inspirations & all in the moment!

Almost exactly the tool I need. BUT for me it is essential to use tasklists from desktop client too. And the client downloadable from the site is primitive and difficult to use. But without that it is just a small shopping list app like so many of them.

If you want to collide the group and accidentally click check, good luck remembering which subitems were checked and wich weren't

It looks awesome. Couldn't test the features that I was willing to pay as they are only available in the pro version. It would have been better to allow a trial access. I haven't seen yet if if can do what I am willing to pay for so will be deleting the app!
