Checkmark To Do | Task List

This app is awesome. It can take a while to get used to but it functions very well when you get the hang of it. The only issue I have is the widget is not very useful. I would like a widget that I could set to show only 1 category (and its sub categories). I would also like to be able to check off the tasks/items from the widget (without going into the app). I would definitely give 5 stars if the widget gets better.

I've had this on my S4 for some time, and was hoping to sync with my new tablet. When I first installed, sync didn't work; now I don't even have the option in my menu. Maybe it wasn't meant for tablets, but I wouldn't know why.

I was really a fan of this app, until the Checklist options was reworked and instead of directly opening the options menu, instead we see the sub-menu 1. View options 2. View on map I don't know what the hell is "View on map" and don't care. The app crashes everytime, when i try to select this option. What i want to see is the "Options" directly, not the sub-menu first. Everytime i have to do this, i have curse this new change. Please have this corrected and restore it the way it way before. I will be much obliged and change my rating back to five-stars.

Love it. Using it for a few years now. But just tried to sync with Dropbox. Says it's linked. It set up a folder on my PC Dropbox folder. But when I sync it gives a message "v1_retired" and does nothing.

I use it every day!

This could be easily the best to do app, if it only worked! I cannot edit category names, or item names, cannot add notes to them, and cannot set due date for these no matter what. I open edit window, make the changes, save them and......nothing changes. I love all the features, many of them not found in other apps, but if basics don't work it's unacceptable especially for $5 when there are hundreds of free to do apps that work flawlessly. On top of all this, developers ignore you emails, so it's hard to believe people that write about responsiveness of developers. I'll update my review if I get any help, or see any trace of customer service, and care for something else than $5 in your pocket.

I use this app on several devices for now 3 years. It says that you can attach a file or a picture to an item but this never worked on my devices. I sent several emails about this problem but it had never been corrected. So now that's it, it's time to look at other apps that work like advertised.

Crashes whenever I try to sync with Google tasks.... I had paid for pro version earlier For lifetime.. But this payment for one year to get premium features surprises me now

Use this app all the time. No probs. Syncs with my Dropbox act across all android devices. I WOULD like to see a win 10 app and database compatibility so costs can be added to shopping lists for budgeting.

If you'd allow me to create a simple task for the day directly inside the widget instead of tapping into the app with all the time-consuming options, and you reworked the display cuz it's ugly af, I would love this app forever. Hell, I'm paying for it....

Used to work, now I suspect the company is out of business, they don't reply to support emails, and advertisements all of a sudden started appearing (for a paid product). Oh well, time to look for another checklisting tool...

It does all you'll need for planning and then some. Oh, and it has a desktop companion.

This only gets better as the updates are rolled out. No need to look anywhere else for an app to handle all of the lists you need from trip planning to conference setup to making sure that the young ones (and you too) have everything they need to get through their day. Phenomenal app with no issues at all. Nuff Said

The android app is great and worth the subscription. However, syncing to a desktop is abysmal and support won't respond to requests so don't buy that extension unless you want to sync manually.

This is an easy to use easy to update checklist app. it does everything I want without being difficult to manage.

I tried a bunch of task managers before I found this one. It took a while to get the hang of it but once I did it was perfect for my needs. I especially like the sync with Google Calendar and backup to Dropbox. I even bought the subscription. Well worth a buck a year to help support these developers.

Very useful except it takes a long time to load my lists. 5 stars when it loads faster.

A must have for me. I like the task repeater feature and widget support. Gives me an easy peak into the tasks. Thanks for coming up with this tool. Greenbeansoft customer support is awesome too. When I had issue with installation, they were very prompt in giving me helpful steps and eventually solving the issue. Thanks a lot to developers to provide a quick fix as well.

Good app, now that the dropbox api is working again.

Complex enough to handle serious task lists, simple enough to not overwhelm you with them. Love it! - still using this after years and years. Still love it.

With the latest version of Android OS the app has become non-functional. I have emailed the developers thrice but not received a response. It really sucks to have paid for something you cannot use. I have a HTC M8 on Sprint. In the past I said: "Not only is this app a really useful one, the developers are extremely responsive. Issues are fixed quickly and new features are continually added." but support has become nonexistent.

I was happy to use the apps. After upgrading new version n upgrading Android 5, it's poor. When I was setting alarm (date), it didn't indicate Sun, Sat, Mon. It indicate Mon, Sat or Sun after finishing to set alarm. It's inconvenient to me. I m glad if u fix the problem asap.

After using Checkmark Lite successfully now for a few months, a plethora  of ads appeared every time I used it and then would not sync with Dropbox. I noted I could upgrade to Pro for $2.99 but it wouldn't work so purchased Pro at full cost. Now it still won't  sync with Dropbox and hence my phone even though I was able to do this successfully previously. So now I can't  synchronise my tablet with my phone. No response to my email to them for help. Very disappointing.

I'm starting to use this app replacing "Agenda Fusion" (does anyone know it?).. If only this app can have all the features in Agenda Fusion (and more), this app can be way above all the competitors. So, Dev, please please please look into it and develop this app to match Agenda Fusion or be even better. Then I will surely give 5 stars (or seven

This was one of my favorite apps until I upgraded my Galaxy Note 3 to Lollipop. Now the program will not load.

Overall it is very good but there are a few bugs still to flesh out to get that last star. The capture bug new to latest version has lost you another star- capture and attach does not work. The image captured is replaced with one from gallery. All previous captured images are also replaced. rotate screen during edit result in loss of changes but behaviour now different with loss happening when you save. Attach any file onlys lets you attach from dropbox.

After weeks of searching for a decent task app I though I had finally found what I was looking for with this app. However, I discovered one big problem. The option to a reoccurring task is broken. Sorry I'll get my refund and keep looking.

... Just a couple of suggestions. Add the ability to change colors and change where it says events are due in a week when in reality they are due in two or three days. Otherwise, excellent app and well worth the money spent to get rid of ads.

Like it Good app. I would love it if i could flag a category and sort by flagged or checked not just alpha order. Also would be nice to drag & drop or sort items separately from categories.

This is a very good app. I have had it for a long time, and it has gotten better all along. It takes a little longer than a plain list to learn, but if you invest about an hour the features are worth it. Dropbox sync to other Androids & desktop is excellent. The desktop app is bare bones but still helpful. On android you can have projects, categories, subcategories, tasks, etc. It could be better with drag & drop moving of items. Still the best.

I've been using this for over a year on both phone and Nexus 7. Flexibility to have complex, multi-level checklists as well as simple one-time or repeating to-do's. The widget has worked flawlessly and is very convenient. I like the ability to create & save templates, also. Good job!

App is somewhat complex, but very good once you get you head around it. It works well on my Galaxy Tablet. Support is unfortunately very poor.

I use this for work and for home. Awesome app, you won't be sorry for buying it

Very little improvements since I originally installed it over a year ago.

Very well featured GTD app, in fact probably the best feature set of any Android GTD app. Occasionally forces closes though on Android 4.1.2.
