It's a little clunky, no easy way to delete multiple old tickets and it's always asking if I want to return back a screen. Can't add a London tube ticket either to smart format

I can't see my smart card purchases. Pointless, might as well just use the website. Usual tick box effort by a large company who just don't get it.

Does not work on Samsung Galaxy s6 totally not tested before release, poor excuse for customer service,more like the train service they provide rubbush!!!

Downloaded it to see if I could update and manage my smart card, of course it doesn't do that. The timetable is available on other apps, and better. Very simple navigation but they still managed to get it wrong.

Thanks for timetable. I can buy m-tickets , but I need to find a worker every time I need to pass gates in London, which is not time efficient . please add time to destination feature . second time QR code didn't work in Chelmsford, please fix asap !

So you can buy mobile tickets but only for mainline routes that have machines anyway, and only off peak, and only if it leaves within 10 minutes? A shiny turd

You let need to look at your website and Google Store to see where your going wrong as your website is excellent work down to it and you application side of things is letting you down big time

Of course you can't get a copy of your ticket onto the app. Let's buy another. Useless app, abelio you bunch of rogue's.

For example: if you actually tap to read t&cs at purchase page, you can only go back to the main menu and have to reenter all card details grrr!

This is the simplest, cleanest and most accessible out of all train booking apps. I book everything on here because it works so well! 10/10

Shows that I still have tickets to collect long after I have collected them and, sometimes, even completed the journey.

Absolute trash. The online account works really fine, but the app will not allow me to log in whatever I do, such as using upper case letters, changing passwords.....I give up, unless someone wants to help. The log in process is a nightmare.

The clock format is terrible. Prefered the previous one. The app sometimes re-opens when you shut it down. However the m tickets is a bonus.

Please change the clock format from that stupid analogue display to something easier to use,it's sooooo fiddly! In addition most buttons on the help screen (such as delay repay) just loop to the app install screen. Just typcial of a train service that doesn't work properly and constantly delayed

A tad confused as when I tap Tickets and Fares in the app, it directs me to this page? That apart. It's great.

As a basic app it works quite well. You can buy tickets, check times etc. It's just missing a few nice features and it can be a little confusing. I'd like to see a notification pop up, say an hour before your train to let you know the train is on time or running late. I also have no idea what to do with the ticket once purchased. Do I have to activate it? When should I do this? If you have just bought the ticket why do I have to do something else with it?

Whatever search I attempt I'm told it's not possible and to try later. Uninstalling. Useless.

I love it. It is great but just stopped working now.

Please update Toc Names... Platform Alterations and calling points are sometimes incorrect....

No matter how much I change dates & times, it still says £409??

This app worked well on my Nexus 5 but since I upgraded to the 5X it cannot get my ticket purchase information. Just keeps saying that the purchase history cannot be reached.

Worked fine for years. In the last few weeks now crashes shortly after start-up. Had to uninstall as it's now unusable.

The live train information is very good. It's convenient to be able to know in advance if my usual train is delayed or cancelled enabling me to leave earlier or much later thus avoiding the inconvenience of waiting on a crowded platform only to eventually squeeze on to an over crowded train.

Really works quite well. Use it as well for out of area live trains. However do not use it to book a ticket as you can only have a mobile ticket in the Anglia area to your device rather than collect at station. Ok if the app always works (i have had problems previously). Also you cannot add plus bus so it's full online version for me

I travel around UK a lot and find this invaluable. Just really well designed, not fussy with connection too much, quick and remembers the right information (like my railcard and credit card, so I don't have to put it in all the time). M-tickets also work fine and good customer service if anything goes wrong.

.. But most mornings it won't because of network requests. Fortunately National Rail's site is much more reliable. It is pretty good in the evenings though

Been using this app for several years all worked fine until I needed to change my email address after changing my email address I can no longer login to the app with my old or new email address. Contacted abellio who looked into it and still cant fix it and to top it off have lost all my history of purchases. Brilliant Not!!!!!

Used to work fine now crashes all the time will never open for more than 10sec. Also no download id, uninstalled & tried again no joy still the same

App wouldn't work kept saying please try again later so had to buy more tickets at station at double the price so now so angry.

I wanted to view my tickets and account but it kept giving the same error about not being able to refresh. Update please.

It's getting better, like that they mention about the ticket machine not working.

I wish I could view my smart card tickets in the app. Other than that it works fine.

No proper real-time information- very slow. No platform information. Poor search. Other non proprietary apps have better and more upto date info on AGA trains.

A month ago. This was a very good app. Now its broken on my S5. If fixed will change to minimum 4 stars.

Nexus 7 running Android 6 latest patches. Keeps crashing unusable
