Urgent Care –24/7 Medical Help

I was a little hesitant because some of the reviews said they asked for $50 to speak with dr. but after reading others who were not I thought I would give it a try I paid the 3.99 and was connected to a nurse who then had the doctor give me a call. I was never at any point asked to pay more money . The doctor was very nice and after speaking with him briefly he wrote me a prescription refill for my thyroid medication. Great experience and incredibly reasonable. I will definitely use again

used the service in the middle of the night 800 miles from home. my symptoms were thoroughly discussed. because of the severity of the symptoms the nurse said that I said should seek care locally as soon as possible. she provided a list of possible locations for me to go to. I was given instructions on what to do until I got there as well as other important information. if you're feeling sick and don't know what to do, this is definitely a good service.

I shld have just saved my money. If you have chest congestion or a sinus inf, you might as well just see a real doctor. The nurse advised me to see a physician and get medical treatment. . gee thanks . They turned my chest congestion into something bigger than it was..asking me if my lips were blue and such.I understand the liability they could face and i get it ..i do.. but maaan just bummed it cost me $4 for absolutely nothing. If you call make sure its for something very very simple

I called in this morning on 10/02/2016 because my 5 year old son has a sinus infection and ear ache with a temperature of 100.1. His doctor doesn't open today so after advising the nurse of his symptoms and how his symptoms have progressed, the nurse stated "I agree with you that your child has a sinus infection and does need to see a doctor soon as today or tomorrow". I was not given the option to talk to a Dr. like advertised. DON'T USE/FALSE ADVERTISING.

I was connected (via phone call) to an insurance ONLY hot line that wanted to charge over $50 to get a prescription. They had no clue about this "urgent care app" and laughed at me when I told them it was only a $3.99 call to get a prescription from a nurse for my cold. Told me that price was ridiculous that no one would charge that little!! She kept telling me over and over that I called an exclusive number for a specific insurance company that I had to be insured through in order to receive their help.

They wanted to charge me 49 dollars for consultation . Almost as bad as the 200 urgent care wanted to charge me. Please refund me my 3.99. Thanks. This may work for some people but with my insurance it doesn't work. If given my refund I will revise my review.

I am so happy to have this service because I don't have medical insurance coverage and just making a call for medical help is great. The whole process took about 40 minutes but my prescription was already waiting at the pharmacy. Awesome service and all I paid was $3.99 to speak to a Doctor to have my prescription called in.

So I called the number and got someone who was nice but had to have someone else call me back. When I got the call back, it was someone from a service called MD Live and they wanted to charge me $49.99 for a doctor consult. I guess I wasted my $3.99 and got nowhere. I will be emailing for a refund and you need to get your customer service reps trained better.

I recently had a kidney stone, but at the time had no idea what was wrong with me. I thought this app would be great to ask a nurse or doctor about my symptoms. But all that happened was that I got charged for the call but the call never would go through. I asked for a refund, but just got the runaround.

This app works and is only $3.99 per doc convo compared to $40(?!) that a worse app charges.... Definitely glad I got my question answered by a pro after a Google search turned up conflicting info.

talked to a nurse and told her my symptoms and she just told me to.go to.emergency. cause she dont know whats wrong. i would like to get my money back.

Update. I am a RN. The RN on the phone who spoke on the phone was RUDE. She had no clue what she was talking about. I got charged twice for the call after it dropped it. Used to be good. Now bad.

A friend that I work with told me about the app. He told me it was an easy process to speak with a doctor and received a prescription for his symptoms, which were the same as mine. He told me that insurances were not involved and showed me the $3.99 charge he incurred. Well, I spoke to three people before I was told I would be charged $49 to speak with a physician. When I explained the information I received, the nurse told me I would have to register and provide insurance information before she knew for sure if I would be charged the $49. She had never heard of the Urgent Care app. Not being comfortable with the run-around, I chose to end the call and make the inconvenient trip to Redi-Care. The trip I was trying to avoid.

I received considerate, compassionate, kindness and care as if I had known them al my life. From the customer support, nurses and Dr.... they were exemplary . I only wish more drs and urgent care was like these people. I think they are the Internet's"best kept secret" and I'm so fortunate to have found them! Thank you H. Larsen

This app was very useful to me my swelling of the , gums the simple advice given help get rid of some pain from a broken tooth!!! Excellent little app.

The only reason it isn't five star is it makes you pay to talk to someone if it truly was urgent you would dial 911 or chances are you know a nurse you could call. I work in a hospital so it would be easy for me to call an RN, lpn, or doctor in the middle of the night

It gets to the point as to wat it rili is that is ailing u...they give u sum suggestion n tips of wat u can do to cure your illness...on point!..luvit! Thank u

I called today to talk to dr and have not been called back yet. Its been a hour now.... I don't get this. And on my phone is not showing the phn.number I called either.. dissatisfied agian with this .. this has not ever happened to me.. so idk what's up..

Save your time and just go to an urgent care center you would think after filling out the Greatcall medical history this is shared with the persn your talking to but that isn,t the case no one is on the same page as you are and it is a waste of time

Signed up, spoke with someone (nurse) with simple med request. Description says prescriptions written and nurse said they don't write prescriptions, suggested I go to low cost local doctor. If I could afford that (I have no insurance) why would I contact them? Waste of what limited funds I have! Very disappointed!

I have a controlled case of asthma. However, the weather was windy and I wasvrunning low on my normal meds. I did not realize that I had no refills left. The pharmacy called my doctors office and they said no I need to make an appt. I tried to make an appt , but it takes weeks. I did not want to go to the ER, that is pointless and expensive. Then I found this app. Within 30 mins I was on the phone with a doctor. They called my regular meds in to my local pharmacy. Yay!

You're supposed to pay you $3.99 and speak with a nurse or doctor. I asked to speak with a . After repeating my information 5 times and being transferred around as many times I was sent where they wanted to charge me $49 to speak the doctor I was told I would pay $3.99 to speak to. False advertising is rampant in these apps. I'm entirely dissatisfied and disgusted. Update. Not once but twice they did it to me. They called me back, sent me to the same place saying there would be no charge and wanted $

I called the first time and the nurse could not hear me and hung up. Then I called back only to be told that I would be charged more to talk with someone. Got charged $3.99 twice with no help!?! Really???

They basically told me to give Tylenol and take my daughter to the doctor for her cold... What was the point of that?

They took my money and some information. I have not received a call back from the second person . It's been over an hour. Not happy . I now have to go to work and will have to go to the Dr. office any way . After suffering needlessly. Should have just gone earlier.

I was on the phone for 25 mins, talked and explained to 4 different people what was going on, to be told that I would still have to pay 50 on top of the 4 I had already paid, even if the Dr chose not to write a script for my daughters ear infection, I didn't want to chance wasting that much money, so I hung up, and did Dr on Demand... 40 bucks, talk only to the Dr. Just easier.

Nurses don't want to help. Just want to waste your time collecting important personal information only to tell you that they will not treat the symptoms you have even though that's what you started the conversation with. "I have ____, and need treatment" nurse "let me take your information so I can connect you to a DR." Then after taking all my info nurse "I'm sorry but you will need to go to an urgent care or er to seek medical attention" me "why didn't you tell me that before you had me on the phone30mins

I am a RN getting my DNP and Nurse Practitioner. Not only did the physician explain everything to me, he looked at preventing what was going on. He prescribed a steroid to help with my breathing during my illness. He also prescribed a rescue inhaler. He explained everything as I would take the time to explain to my patients. It only cost $3.99 and they sent the script in right away. GREAT SERVICE!

After waiting on my phone for 10 mins in which time I ended throwing up out my window. I then heard a ringing then I was cut off. Enjoy my 3.99 you took for absolutely nothing. Whose running this app, Bernie Madoff from prison??

They make you pay 3.99 then to speak to a doctor its another 50 dollars. I am ticked!

I love that I can get a quick and accurate diagnosis without sitting in a dr's office for hours!!

For those of us who don't like going to the Dr unless it is for something serious this app is great for self diagnosis as well as general info about many medical issues. Needs a holographic Dr to do surgery at home and avoid the Dr all together! Lol
