Lively Wearable for Android
Very disappointed. Battery lasts less than a week and mother unable to change battery. Family not local so unable to change that frequently. Companion app does not sync data. Only data updated is calls to 5 star. Will find a different device/service.
Will not connect,called support they said call back in 2 hours,called again they said wait 10 minutes,called again transferred to closed office,will try again on Monday,hope nothing happens to My mother on weekend
First one didn't work. Nor the 2nd one. They told me to buy new batteries. Did but still not working. Waiting for 3rd. They told me to return old ones but didn't send return postage paid envelope. $50 by UPS.
This product does not work. Will not usually pair and unless you are right next to the phone if it is paired...very frustrating
I thought this app monitored more things than just steps taken. I thought it monitored sleep and heart rate and some other things, sorta like a fit bit. I guess, for me, it's just about emergency situations and nothing more.
Great app, great device. Waterproof and has fall detection. Have had the occasion to speak to many customer service people on the phone and all are very nice except for one.
Keeps my mom active and gives me peace of mind
This is working great but the only thing is it uses my phones data and I don't really like that.
