Worst hometown news/weather app yet. Constantly freezes and shuts down.

Don't even THINK about getting alerts. A pig crossing the road is an example of breaking news and the alert sound could wake the dead . no way to turn it down or use your own. POS

Always buggy, can't ever do half of the things you want like share stories without it not working.

You should add the weather temp in the notification bar. And have it linked directly to the weather section of the app.

Advertises cancellation notifications of users chosen church. However Will not save individuals church information.

Get rid of the Sprint ad.

If the app actually opens, one still has to hope one can get passed the annoying Sprint pop up. I suppose that's why the app crashes a lot.....you can do better whsv.

The app will not let me select my preferences for push notifications for weather and closings. It always freezes or closes. I've even tried to delete and redownload with no luck. I used to use the text messages daily for the weather and closings. Now that there is an app, I have went to other sources. If the issues could be fixed, I would consider giving it another try.

In half the time it takes the app to actually open and to close out of the sprint ads, I can get online, find and read the entire article.

Even though the "do not use location " box is unchecked, it still asks everytime I open it if I would lime to enable location services. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that.

It gives me alerts for everything except what I got the app for, severe weather.

It doesn't alert my phone for school closings. It would be great if it did.

I will be uninstalling this app if it's not updated so I can turn the notification sound off!! I love the notifications but DON'T need my phone constantly ringing because of them! Otherwise, good app. :-(

The purple weather graphics on this version at hard to read. The weather graphic on the older version with the blue nighttime background was easier to read and look at. The full page sprint add when opening the app is too much. Great app for local news and weather. I use it everyday.

The old app didn't have that many ads, when opening it's a sprint ad, got to "x" out of that and then trying to load a news story from Facebook more freaken ads to "x" out of

I am not getting alerts although I have my settings on to get them.

When opening app it tells us it's powered by Sprint. Why do we have to then close a full screen ad for Sprint. Maybe you should set up a gofundme page if you need money that bad.

Looks like a child did it. Also, get rid of the sprint ad, it is annoying.

New sprint ad is ridiculous.

It stops and only shows commercials not wanting to see that want news from home any to uninstall smh

REALLY like this news app, also like the alerts you can set on it. Really like being able to set the font size for the articles. Like the way it's setup in different sections.

Awsome app

Poor reporting. And the person who is taking photos need to learn to post them so we can see them. They are way to small to see.

Ads are crazy. There's a big full screen one at launch. Then others everywhere. Viewing the slideshow doesn't work. Always an issue.

Your time is set to military time why? You need to change this ! I could not find a place to change it!

When I first viewed this application it was great. Now that I have installed on my phone, it sucks. Takes forever to load.

Their idea of breaking news and mine sure differ. I can't find a way to turn off the annoying sound it makes when there is an alert.

App works good but definitely needs an option to turn notification sound off without totally turning off notifications. The sound is very disrupting.
