Grasshopper for Android
Definitely not trusting my new business with the inconsistencies experienced with this app. Can't make calls, tried support suggestions doesn't except my mobile number... Just bad.
When I call a customer its extremely difficult to have a conversation with them. When I speak there is almost a 5 second lag time. I will say something and it takes at least 5 seconds after for them to hear everything I say. In the meantime they try to speak and what I have already said ends up cutting them off. Talk about crappy customer service if I were on the receiving end. Please fix this.
We just started a small business, and we downloaded the app after everything was set up online first. Our tests so far have been excellent (both Apple and Android)! Will update review if our thoughts change
"the number you entered is not valid" no matter what I tried. Seriously. This has Citrix backing it up and yet an entire country is giving 1 star reviews because we can't actually enter our mobile phone numbers!
Agree with the others who rated this poorly for the same reasons. Prior app before the update worked great. Why fix something that ain't broke?
I have been using Grasshopper for 3 years and have recently found that calls are not being forwarded to my cell phone. I just looked at a call log from last week and there were at least 10 that never made it to my phone. The strange thing is that when looking at calls during that time last week, it showed no missed calls! Now I look so foolish and irresponsible to clients and potential new business. What is going on with this app? In addition to this, the text messages show as new, even after being deleted. Frustrated and very unhappy about this because I don't want to move companies.

worked fine before the last update. Does not prompt me to call using grasshopper app. Customers now have my personal cell number. PLEASE CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! Also my personal cell number shows up on caller ID of persons I call using the app. This must be fixed right away or I am cancelling my service and going to a competitor.
Ever since the last update, it takes two or three tries for my outgoing calls to connect. It connects on the other end, but I can't hear anything, so I have to keep hanging up and calling back. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
I don't know what to think about this app I can't even log in there's no way to create a new profile
After the update I can't receive calls it hangs up when I go to answer. Please fix

Worst app ever
No way to disable the touch tones when dialing. New feature? Doesn't clear the previously dialed number from the dialer. New feature? I hate this "updated" version and wish I didn't NEED this for my work.
Do not like the new version. Can't copy and paste numbers into dialer. Constantly says no network when connected to wifi. Dial pad scrolls and can't touch without registering a key on initial touch rather then lift off of screen. Refreshing the calls crashes the app more than it doesn't. Looks nicer but function is horrible now.
New update is horrible.. you always have to log in & you cannot copy & paste phone numbers in the dial pad area.. the previous version was working just fine.. please update & fix. Thank you.
It has some glitches occasionally, but couldn't be without it. Overall a good system, which can save on hiring office personnel for a small business.
Since the update my software no longer works and I have an important call to make. Not happy
Numbers dont clear , gotta log in all the time and blows out my eardrums when I try to dial , put it back the way it was , I dont want to have to find a new phone system for work
Was great now it crashes
We receive texts out of order and with long delays in between parts of longer text messages. I contacted support and they said the error is due to the phone carrier. I disagree. I switched over form Google Voice and in 6 years never had this issue. Also the delay happens from a variety of carriers. I am unable to run my business efficiently when the office can not communicate in a time manner with our staff members in the field.
Great app, does what it's supposed to do 90% of the time. Some calls don't connect, or if they connect there is extra noise. Twice now, I've had music (Muzak) start playing when I got off a call, and there is no way to turn it off aside from restarting my phone. This bug needs to be fixed!
Had an issue, sent a note to grasshopper. They hounded (in a good way) me relentlessly until the issue was resolved and followed up to make sure I had no more problems. Thanks!
You need cell service to make calls, need to be able to use over WIFI. In this case we should get a VOIP toll free. Does not make up for price. Also the faxes erase from your file once downloaded. We cannot upload and send faxes. Not good. 0 stars
Been experiencing latency in my conversations with clients via Grasshopper from day 1. Calls to tech support were met with attempts to fix the problem, with no lasting resolution. I'm constantly apologizing to my clients for appearing to talk over them due to this latency. I had sincere hope that this issue would get resolved when Citrix purchased Grasshopper, but nothing changed. The problem still exists after all this time. After reading the reviews on the new upgrade version (mostly negative), I've turned off the auto-update feature for Grasshopper and sticking with the older version, only for fear that my services will get worse. I've begun to search for another cloud based phone service. Hope to find one soon.
Hope you guys are beating yourselves up. I hear an add over the radio for this app, so I install it and I can't even register...is this a joke.
Useless when no cell service. Hello it's 2016, having the ability to make calls over Wi-Fi is essential. Make it happen!
This app is not working. When I make calls from within Grasshopper, it goes outside of this app and makes the call. The call is from my cell phone and it is not using the toll free number.
This app is great. We highly recommend it. It works like a charm. We haven't had any problems with it. The conference call feature is awesome too.
I installed. Clicked open. Next screen was the sign in screen with no place to sign up first. Samsung Edge. Am I missing something?
We have several employees who meet clients away from our office. Grasshopper helps potential and current clients reach them wherever they are. Easy to install and use.

My app just stopped refreshing data (Recent Calls, Missed Calls, etc). I called customer support and they said I need to uninstall and reinstall - so I did. Still only information from 2/28/17. They said if that doesn't work then I need to leave feedback here. So I am doing that. Also, the representative I spoke to didn't sound very professional. Sounded like he was chewing gum while on the phone. Please fix/update this issue. The main purpose for Grasshopper is to be mobile & with the information not updating it seems like it is not allowing me to be very mobile. I also agree with everyone else, I don't like the look of the updated version on the app. It took some getting use to, but the white background was a better version.
