Post Office Travel Money Card

Useless app, minimum top up is £50, maximum is $50!!??? Seriously do you have no brains at your company combined? So I am stuck with no money and will be getting charged extra to get some from my bank. So Post office, expect the bill or other legal actions. My example is is legitimate. Screenshots of your reply and my 'example' going online now.

Pretty crusty app; considering what a basically simple job it does, it's surprising to see something so crude and primitive. Topping up has been a flaky experience; oops, technical difficulties about 2/3 of the time, with no indication of what actually went wrong. Still, it does basically work if you have the patience; doesn't really inspire confidence if the card is your only means of payment where you are and you don't know if topping up will actually work though.

What's the point in this app? It doesn't allow you to transfer between wallets. I need to go between Euro and Francs, but it cannot be done. Also doesn't refresh quick enough. Gone to the website to transfer to my other wallet, and go back to the app with no recollection of it happening, even saying top right it is up to date. Very disappointing, regret getting this card now, I just hope it actually works in Europe or I am screwed.

Card was not sent when they told me it was, phoned them a few times, rude staff when you talk to them. I would recommend lookimg for a different car issuer

It's okay for euros but there's no option to top up with Czech Koruna or Hungarian forint which made things much more difficult when I got to those countries.

Took me all morning to put my date of birth in .not pleased

Please introduce a feature to turn off contactless. I don't use this on my normal card as it only takes one opportunist to walk behind you with a scanner.

Rendering of 'verified by Visa' dialogue is poor. The dialogue cannot be resized in Android 5.0.2 and is all but inoperable without the aid of a magnifying glass.

The fact that this app announces your finances out loud is ludicrous. Why is this even a feature? Who would want it? Which developer even had that idea? A money app that announces out loud? Why not just post my card details to Facebook while you're at it? 5 stars if it wasn't for that... But the fact that this app shouts out what you're doing for every nearby thief makes this app completely unusable. Zero out of five - blame the moron who decided to add a voiceover that can't be deactivated.

Terrible, just terrible would put me off using this card again, keeps logging me out of my account and is painfully slow. Constant problems with it when abroad. Would give it 0 out of 5 if I could

Used in Spain, no issues topping up or using card for purchases. It appears as though most reviewers are technologically incompetent.

PLEASE stop it talking to me. It did stop talking for a while but it's at it again, i don't want it to announce to every card thief that I'm using my card. Ps don't tell me to turn TalkBack on, it isn't on, only your app talks!

Have had a few problems using this card abroad so emailed customer services with the address given but never hear back from them, frustrating as this is my only form of currency while travelling!

Attempted to log in half a dozen times and failed. The "Loading, please wait!" announcement is so damn annoying. Please get rid of it and fix your app.

It works ok, but it keeps talking to me. How to turn off the voice? There is no 'settings' page

The date of birth to log on is ridiculous, sat here swiping back to the 70's, surely I should be able to just type in the numbers!!

It works well but the sounds that the app make are very annoying and concerning. For example, it announces using speech synthesis the amount you topping up, which is a privacy concern in public places. There's no setting to turn this off! This simple change is desperately needed.

Went abroad with the travel card, but unable to download the app during my time abroad "Not avaliable in your country" which is a silly restriction for a T.R.A.V.E.L card. Also found a few restaurants rejected this card, although they state they accept Visa cards, so be sure to have cash to cover the bill just in case.

Good in principle, but when I need to exit the app to get my SMS confirmation number for top up, the app automatically logs me out. Thus rendering me completely unable to top up using the app.

Not working since update. Causing massive problems as the web version refuses to let me login as well.....edited after seeing the reply from the developers. App still not working

Since the update I cannot transfer money onto my card, making it pretty useless now!

Crashes and wont even open. Their website is down too. I have to cut my trip short because I have no way of putting more money onto this card....

The updated app no longer gives the balance after each transaction which was on the previous version. The loss of this information makes reconciling the balance much more tedious.

I am going away real soon and i need it to put money into my account very stressful

What I'd going on? I can't even log in to top up my card and now I have no way of adding money and topping it up. I'm in New York and this is ruining the trip. If it's down, you should have told me it was down as I would have went to another provider.
