Very thoroughly planned and designed. Elliot and Stephan are not winning medals at the Worlds but they they are super thorough, highly professional teachers with a complete grasp of spoken English. This first app really covers the triangle and omoplata submission chains from a double biceps spider guard position. Elliot is a student of Sean Williams, one of the best instructors out there, and Elliot is a credit to him as a teacher. As with Sean, Elliot requires no special physical qualities of strength or agility and all techniques are feasible for any practitioner with reasonable mobility and flexibility. Serious value for your $20 but you are going to need a partner to work through the techniques with.

The best spider guard instructional. Covers virtually every aspect of this kind of guard. The stuff on guard retention is just awesome. Stuff your instructor either doesn't know or won't show you. For some reason I couldn't download the even numbered apps in this series.
