I'm not interested in sports and that's all that shows up. When I try to read the exact replica all I get is the first 2 pages. Then I get the M-live logo. This is annoying. All this exasperation after downloading an update to the app.

You fixed this? It keeps asking for password and even though I changed it, it keeps telling me it's invalid. Even before I get to this point, it continually brings me back to the set up page. This is a really messed up fix!

I was going to cancel my subscription because the app was so awful. The new version is a huge improvement. The mlive integration is a little confusing but still, much better than the old version which was easily the worst app on my tablet. 2/17 update: changed rating because now app won't even open. Keeps crashing. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP OR YOU'LL LOSE THIS SUBSCRIBER.

This app totally SUCKS. Keeps asking for you to log in and then sends an error message . Haven't read the Grand Rapids Press in way over a month but still paying for it, for now. Very disappointed.

Why don't you guys dip into the bottom line a little bit and create a really superior app similar to what USA TODAY provides.

On most applications when you zoom in, they keep zooming in or stop at a certain point. This app resets to page view, so you have to start over.

So difficult to navigate.

I am in Spain and wanted to read some hometown news.

I have a subscription and reading the articles is impossible. Won't allow me to scroll down, effectively limiting me to only a portion of any article. I read the Detroit free press and news instead - far better reading experience. A company too big to fail? With the arrogance not to respond to all the bad reviews and my previous complaints about the lack of usability or fix it, I think not...

Doesn't work unless I have to subscribe ! :-(

Almost impossible to get the app to scroll up or down. Forced to go digital but can't read things on phone.

If I hit the icon by accident, cannot escape except by turning my cell off. Poor design.

Too hard to read.

It takes a long time to come in clear when expand the text to make it bigger. When you try to make the print bigger the app often drops out and comes back with the small text. It's easy to miss things because when you make the text bigger you only get a portion of the article.

This is more like microfiche. It's hard to read and navigate. It' s user unfriendly.The news is usually a day or more old if you can even get it to work.. Shut this down and rebuild it or get a different provider. I'd think the GR Press can do much better than this.

Headlines are clear, but text is sorta fuzzy.

This app needs some serious work...slow and very unfriendly. Not worth the download.

Ask for permission to access areas that I don't want it to access. When I get out of the app install, I can't read the paper now. We only get limited delivery here in Greenville, so we read stuff online. Out of the three days of paper delivery, we don't get the Tuesday and Sunday papers. I use to be able to access the news online, but no more it seems. Tell MLive to take a long walk off of a short pier.

Not able to sign on from multiple devices, despite an active subscription. Would like option to save sign-in information. Used to able to do that

This looks to need a print subscription to do anything at all, otherwise, it's just a blank screen.

Not bad....I wish the focus was automatic instead of using the 2 finger dance.
