There is a hard time for most people. It's very important to think positive, no matter what's happening in your life or around you. This app helped me a lot to realise how many goals I already achieved and after a time I started thinking better and more positive about myself, because I'm doing great! I'm proud of myself and I increased my self respect again. All this is very important, I'm much more happier now and more successful with my work, also my relations with family and friends are better. I recently downloaded this little app because I have always believed in the power of positive affirmations and I found it to be quite easy to use and a great way to keep yourself on a positive level of living all throughout the day! I have struggled as many do, to keep negative thoughts out of my mind and I do tend to notice them creeping up on me from time to time and then I will acknowledge them and release them. You can set the app to give you messages 3, 5 or 7 times a day. I find it nice because if I have a particularly bad day I can set the message level higher and then lower on much more positive days. You answer a short questionnaire then just turn it on and it does its magic. Two thumbs up and I highly recommend this to anyone on the path of self-development! A Great Spirit booster and self-motivating tool! 5 Stars all the way!
