Grainger KeepStock™

The Grainger KeepStock™ Real-Time Inventory app is designed to provide easy, point of use inventory tracking company-wide. Our solution automatically tracks when a product is removed, received or added and accomplishes replenishment so no critical outages occur. There are specific business codes to which you can adjust your inventory around and stock is automatically re-ordered when it reaches pre-determined levels.

What Does It Do?

Take Product: Take products out of inventory that you need to do your job and your system inventory will automatically adjust based on what was taken. Also have the ability to enter the person who took the product information in order to track what products are being taken, by whom and for what.

Check On-Hand Inventory: Look at the items in your KeepStock program to see how many are on-hand across multiple locations.

Adjust Inventory: Make adjustments to your inventory based on a selection of reasons to assure your system inventory is the most accurate.

Receive Shipment: Receive in the shipments of products you get from Grainger and increase your on-hand inventory by the amount received.
