I have a huge problem with searching items, it rarely comes up with anything besides "no items were found" if i search 3 or 4 times it crashes then i get one shot usually to search before I have to have it crash so i can search for something different... Galaxy s7

Keeps locking up. Can not view a catalog page. Seems like the whole company is being run by high school computer club kids. The app never worked. The web site used to be ok, but now they have managed to get that to malfuntion. The product descriptions and specifications are being written by people who do not have a clue as to what the part is or what needs to be known to choose the best fit. I think Grainger is spiraling into obscurity.

I've used this app on the Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, and S7 Edge. On all three devices this app runs extremely slow! You spend more time w a i t i n g for it to load or reload!! Exasperating! I only use when my laptop isn't available.
