won't scan all of a sudden on my S6?

I downloaded the app and it says login, I looked for a sign up button but couldn't find one so I tried to login (without an account) and that didn't work either please explain how I can sign up.

I loved using this last year. This year it is a pain in the ass. It keeps freezing up on my phone and when I use a digital camera linked directly to my pc it has a hard time reading the forms. It started out as a useful tool, whatever you've done has turned it into a pain in the rear.

It's gotten better, but it still has a long way to go. It drains battery like crazy, the scanning feature sometimes opens with a half black screen, and the scanning and response to user input is delayed and slow.

It works OK on the computer but there's a serious lag when using the app on my phone. Grrr. I've got 160 students and no time to wait for glitchy technology

Same problem many others are having. Hangs up often, and the Android Back button doesn't help. Nice to be able to scan with my phone, but I need to get on my computer to do much analysis.

I have to keep closing and reopening my app to get it to work on my phone and I have a new droid turbo 2. The camera scanner works half the time. And then it has this glitch where I can't go back after I'm done scanning....needs a lot of fixes

Love it, but lags when scrolling. Would love an option to show students with no scans to quickly identify who needs to submit work. Also occasionally scans incorrectly. Has helped me maintain some sanity in grading!

The new interface can be kind of tricky to navigate, but can't beat such an easy, instant grading app AND something that compiles data for me? It's a win!

Was working fine on my S5 until about 2 weeks ago and then it wouldn't open on my phone using the school WiFi since I am in a room that gets no data services (I call it the black hole). Now it's lagging even using data from Verizon. Wish we could figure out what's wrong as I really liked the app until then.

I really love this idea, but it does not allow teachers to share forms or assessments, which can be a frustrating. It also has trouble scanning some times.

The camera NEVER opens. It still doesn't open, and their tech support is nonexistent.

Still a pretty good grader but need to fix bugs. More questions seem to really screw it up,which is not good at finals time.

The app is okay my two biggest frustrations are 1) I cannot have a mobile sign in and a computer sign in, and 2) the mobile app could not edit student profiles or add new students. This caused me a lot of frustration if I had to switch back and forth between the computer and my mobile app to add or fix students and then back to the app to scan their sheet (no computer camera was available). These frustrations combined with the slower speed, I couldn't give the app a 3 star rating.

My school picked up gradecam to facilitate data comparison amongst PLC'S so I switched over from another scoring app. I can't adjust an incorrect key created by a colleague unless I copy it, and that defeats the effort to simplify data comparison. I also have IMAGES of the student's test through the other app, rather than just the scan gradecam keeps. Gradecam was presented to us as a paper saving option, but I still have to maintain copies of student work for parent conferences and such.

I have two suggestions.. First: During scan if the student is not found there are two options whether add that student or not save.. but I see it is useful to add another option which is to correct the student ID as he might miss shade his ID... Second: We are allowed to choose one version or 5... but some times we use 2, 3 or 4 versions besides it is recommended to be able to name versions (A, B, C, D) instead of (1,2,3,4).. Thanks

Great app to go with the online service. My school purchases the full edition and this app let's me grade on the go

I have had no problems with Gradecam working on my phone or computer. I absolutely love it!

This app scans better than my pc. All other functions are ok but pc works best.

Has not frozen for me. Works quickly and so easy to use!

Got camera working (had to grant permission outside of the app, look forward to a version where that isn't necessary) and now it's working flawlessly. Great product, and continually improving!

Camera won't open. It WAS working and that was a 5 star rating, but I can't use my phone now.

Instant grading instant feedback. Absolutely LOVE grade cam. We got it at our school and scan with our Elmo. Now I can also scan at home if I need to. Generates instant date. Absolutely AWESOME

Grade in minutes instead of hours. Update caused gradecam to runner slower on samsung 4. Which ears I might as well grade by hand. Please help ASAP. All my laptops even with plug in will not scan to grade .

Difficult to work. Too expensive. Shame great idea.
