Grab - Cars, Bikes & Taxi Booking App

No feedback mechanism, waiting time too high.. Says in 3 min you get a grab and took 10 minutes, not guaranteed ride like uber... Hope they see and change and hear form long time and much using Costomer like me

1. Forces you to accept 8-9 Min waiting + dropping passenger. 2. You won't want to cancel due to above, as you will be penalised. Grab don't value their customers. 3. Excessive permission, like asking for contacts.

Grab drivers are sooo picky like it will be a privilage if they accept your request plus they wouldnt hesitate to nag and make you feel upset...uber is still far more better. Grab customer service also is so poor. Tried to report picky drivers, rude drivers, but they just shrugged it off.

Loved this app BEFORE. But ever since the latest updated, it isn't much of help anymore. Search function has a big problem! I can't seem to search and pin the addresses of the places where I want to go to. Even those places where I already went to before. The results are very far from what I type. Seriously, what happened? I hope you fix this soon or else it's kind of becoming useless.

I only hate it when i cant get the right location! At the correct pin but address is wrong! Its so annoying! Also the damn home screen is too small covered by other big notifications. .the older version is better.

Lots of rude and picky (won't accept jobs) drivers nowadays. Rate tends to be unreasonable now. Grab should be more selective in terms of hiring drivers lest they wanted to be a glorified taxi franchise. If this continues, then Uber it is.

Your gps sucks, you have booking fees even if the taxi is in front of you to compensate them for what? For being on the road on a coincidence that you are also right beside it? And this is the reason there are heavy traffics now. Seems like a lousy service for the greatest cause of road inconvenience.

They don't allow you to correctly input your location. If you put a pin exactly where you are it can then just randomly move it and give a different address leading you to have to cancel. Also you cannot alter your location to help the driver. Secondly drivers often just won't move if they want you to cancel not them. Though you can report this.

I top up my grabpay credits almost a year ago. The amount was 40 dollars. Till now, I'm still unable to use my credits and its expiring next month. I've learned that we can't be refunded . So can you please help me? I've sent countless amount of help messages but none had a follow up. I've even called and asked if they would resolve the issue. Still. No action was taken. Are we all, loyal users of grab, getting cheated? Please do something about this issue.

Drivers are unresponsive and slot. The app allows for dropping of passengers before picking and this may cause a long wait in between. Not suitable for those in a rush

Whenever I try to log in, its says log in through A different email account or through Facebook. I tried all ways and It repeats the same thing

When opening the app, it load too long! Last time used to be fast. Please fix. I'm using Android s8. Keep slow loading..

I wanna report your driver. Was very impolite and rude. I am a regular grab passenger (can be seen on my status) i booked a trip and driver told me that he is already at the gate. So i ended up walking abit far and it was dark to go to him since i can feel he doesnt have any plans of going to me (he said that gate is closed but it wasnt, i was never close). Since i am not familiar with the place ( reason why i always do grab ) i checked with him if he is near mission hospital ( my landmark ) he even confirmed yes. So when i was at the landmark he confirmed he wasnt there. I was expecting that he's already there as he sent message "hello im here" at 2:30am and i arrived 2:37 am. When I asked him where he is at, and i am in front of jollibbee near de castro, he said that he will look for it. I told him that I am in a hurry and he said i might be late i told him that he should have said that he is not near yet then hr blamed me for it. I have screenshots of our conversation

Had to give 4 stars because i cant use GrabPay (credit card). Everytime after i put all the numbers required it will go to adyen validation and taking super long time which had me to cancel my intention to use Grabpay. The same thing still happened after i uninstalled and installed it back. Can anybody tell me why?

Lately it's been taking us forever to book a car. Need to wait for the driver to accept our bookings and most of the time end up being cancelled right after they accept. so i need to book a million times again and hope that one of them might accept my booking. I've been using this app for a long time already and lately instead of being convenient it's becoming the opposite because of this issue. Fix this drivers attitude problem and i might change my rate too. Thank you!

grab is overall good. however, reporting issues and concerns using the grab app is not easy as it asks to manually type 15+ characters to identify the specific trip that I have a concern on.

But I guess you need to always re-check your map point location, there are still some wrong location. 2. Thank you for your super fast CS response! It really is help ♥ 3. Location on the default map is always wrong at my location. Giving promo codes are good but sometimes it's not even 6pm and all the promo codes are used up. It would be nice to start the promo from 6am as there are people working/schooling and may want to utilise the code at an earlier timing. And yes I agree,at times there will be many cars shown on the app around my vicinity but none will ever accept till I can be late for work especially and end up hailing a cab by the road side

The promotion tab on the side menu refuse to reveal its contents when tapped. Am not able to get my promo codes since last week because I cannot view the code sent to me via the app!! Am gg to use good old comfort delgro which is stable.

I was pissed off when I couldn't get a car due to your unwise search result. I have to stand at my location for 10 minutes before your app could detect my location. All the search result that I typed in your search bar are located at my previous location. As example, I wanted to call grab at Kl pavilion but all the search result are nearby my hometown ipoh. It's very frustrating. Please update your app. Thank you and I wouldn't like to use your app even promo available

I have passed on 2 drivers of grab for today. The first one was so impolite that he suddenly cancelled my booking and dropped our call and the other one was so dishonest that he still received cash (the amount of the trip) from my mom even if it was already charged on my credit card. Please select good and honest drivers please! So disgusted and disappointed!

Late response from Support team. Additional help to driver if there's a picture to be added for pick up and drop off locations so that it can help them locate the places. Please add Mark All as Read, Mark as Unread, Delete All.Please fix bugs in messages. There are delays / repetitions of messages to/from passenger

Its hard to tell, because i've been using this app for a long time. Untill now, it has been nearly more than a month i haven't get any promo codes and sometimes i don't understand why must i get a driver far away from my location. I think im not the only one having this kind of problem. It was frustrating that i had to pay a decent amount of fee, and waited a long time for the driver to arrive.

Used to be good. But recently theres a bug with the GPS. Even after i've keyed in the address it will indicate pick up point at other block/places. Driver advice that there'll be additional charges of $3 if want to continue booking. It's even harder to get any cabs/grab nowadays.

Price will increase when we use more promotion. Don't give me promotion if you will increase the price. The cheapest price now is rm 5. When the first time I use this app the price is rm3 but now the price increase to rm5 (in a same place) just because I use more promotion. I know it from grab's drivers ????

Train the driver to be professional...they are not well prepared for every location...also they cant even search the pick up location. Few times already, the driver just pass by infront of me...until I have to swing my hand to stop them.....they should be know excatly where is the pick up point....and the last is driver do not use the gps. So myself dont even know how to go without using gps...but the driver did not use and asking me how to go...omg

please, don't make it so hard to login. 8 changed my phone and now I can't sign in, not even able to make a new account. everytime I put my email and phe oit keeps asking me the same thing, saying I've been login using a social media account, try login using the same account. been tryg ifor the past 2 days, neither login with phone number, email, or facebook work.

Lousy app that allows driver with passenger to take up next Job. The waiting time is even longer that hailing and flagging a cab on the road. Even calling for a cab is faster than this! Message the support all i get was them supporting their own system and Customer Oriented. Out of 5. I definitely will give a NEGATIVE 5!

Surges are ridiculous, taking advantage of the holidays is a rip off. Trips that I usually take are 2x higher. Booking at a mall is expensive, move to a different pick up point a few steps and prices go down. What is up with that? If this continuous you might as well expect your business to go down. I used to love your app.

Its a really useful apps. I have no encounter problem except for I didn't receive promo codes for a long time. Yet, when I use my friends' promo code.. It works.. So, its kinds a troublesome for me to ask friends' promo code. I hope your side can help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

I bought an RM 3 Discount Promo only to find that it had expired. I'd accumulated a total of over 600 points. About an hour ago I tried to redeem an RM 3 Discount Promo (worth 460 points) for my ride. Only AFTER redeeming it I got a notification saying that the promo was expired. The promo says that it's valid till 30th December 2017 however it has expired before the day is over.. ???? 1. Why is an expired promo still being shown. 2. Would it be possible for me to get back the 460 points? ????????????

so expensive. ordered a cab instead because drivers were extremely slow. plus, cab ended up being 2x less expensive than the grab. really, really disappointed ... never had 1 single good experience with it. 1/10

4 well work grab. ..but sometime the fair is very high omg it's terrible price more than normal fair. .but it's very good good apps and very convenient for everyone save also and easy way to travel..I love grab much more..but please don't disappointed about fair high..

After a long time I used the old version 4.32.1 finally the latest update really works. For the future may the developer pay more attention to our complaints. Thanks to developer, nice work! ????

Get rid of all the promo codes (and keep the programming simple which seems to be a key problem for you). The codes are messing up and complicating things. If desire to price differentiate then instead consider offer a permanent discount for heavy users.

Used to love it but giving it a 2 star now because i have 3 kids and hv to make extra effort to put in notes and the waiting time is longer. Was rejected lots of times just cause of my children. Well, that basically saying i have to take only the public transport or taxi for having kids. Aint tht biased. Do make some investment in insurance of kids too if thats the reason.

Terrible app. My first experience and it's the worst. First, the app couldn't link to the Grab server. Secondly, after waiting for more than 15 min, I cancelled the booking process because I needed to find an alternative. However, 15 min later, a Grab Car arrived to my horror when the booking wasn't even successful. Worse, I couldn't even cancel the booking and the poor driver had to wait for the system to clear. This is very embarrassing and I won't use Grab again. Grab app is not even worth a star to be honest.

Drivers take too long to arrive, more often than not taking longer routes. When cancelled and requested for new vehicle, system does not allow me to. Ridiculous!
