Booking disappear without reason after driver accept. Be careful when signing up t drive gor Grab. Promiss a lot of benifits but then when u did not receive it will tell u it is for another program. I believe them and sign a one year car rental to have a 14 days free rental. Of course later when I did not receive my free rental they told me that it for a different program. My current program only require 6 month car rental. Just be careful all those counter staff either do not know their work or I was just being conned

We cancel booking bcos sometimes there is no u turn unless far away... we were penalize....but riders can book n while we u turn they cancel...will they be penalized.???if not they will anyhow book n cancel..wasting our time especially GRANSHARE...They misused the services provide for them...if they wanted privacy n urgently need transport should get GRABCAR...Some even worse ask driver to cancel booking when they at fault...typical kind of human beings...

1. Unnecessary "welcome back" button. 2. Sometimes, the fare only USD 0.16 / Rp. 2.050 per actual km on several trip.. it so stabbin my heart :') 3. Please add back the zoom function on map, driver can't see the detail of heatmap after the 5.10 vers. 4. Pls make 2-way review... sometimes, the rider just act like a boss and paying the fare like a homeless.. :)) 5. Please notice the rider for limitation passengers, in Indonesia, many riders make a booking trip for their huge family (6-9 persons), my car engine is very ngosngosan coy :D ... the fair limit its only 4 pax, due to the conventional cab rules. 6. Many in-apps message is not good for drivers, it make us losing our focus when driving with GPS mode, let us knowing Grab message on driver blog or sms. Sejahtera untuk semua :)

1. Mohon kembalikan seperti versi 5.9.7 agar bisa zoom peta 2. Berikan kami akses rating untuk penumpang agar mereka tidak seenaknya memperlakukan kami (driver), pelayanan maksimal kami berikan namun mereka (penumpang) semena-mena memperlakukan driver. Kesalahan penumpang tidak ada tindak lanjut, kesalahan kecil dari kami langsung suspend. Tidak adil. Memang profesi kami rendah, tapi kami bukan manusia rendahan.

No option to cancel request once you hit "picked up" as rider might want to change from Grabshare to Grabcar by adding more passengers at the last minute.
