GQueues | Tasks & To-Do Lists

I love the functionality of the app but I have a problem with the dates of tasks on the widget getting all out of whack. Sometimes they will show the year as 1970, sometimes 2200. Going into the app and doing a sync fixes the problem but is a bit annoying.

I had gone through a bunch of similar apps but usually found them lacking or just not in line with how I need it to function. Gqueues is exactly what I've been looking for and I'm happy to pay the cost for premium. Its integration with gmail and calendar is great!

Finally a app that does everything with simplicity. Every other app lacks something, be it calendar 2 ways Integration, merge apps, etc... This one has it all in a clean interface. It's time now to get things done.

Such a helpful way to introduce GTD methodology using Google's ubiquitous platform! A few things would be nice to have (auto-refresh after changes, bulk dragging tasks to a new date, html in notes field), but it's on its way to being an important part of my daily workflow!

I have tried them ALLL! GQueues is definitely the best. Did not give 4 stars for one reason, location based reminders. Add it and a perfect app in my opinion. Would pay double for that.

The best I've tried so far. The chrome plug in lets you change due dates fast by dragging on the g calendar - can't do on the mobile app. In mobile app it's easy to add date, duration, to view and add links - can't do that well in chrome plug in. So a bit annoying but still quite handy.

Works so well with Google products! A very clean design makes tracking tasks and projects easy. Linking to Gmail and Google Drive means I waste less time looking for things. Better productivity means less stress.

No SMS without Google Apps for Work makes it unusable for me. Even popup notifications don't work, even though I have it integrated with my Google Calendar.

I have been searching for a lite project management task manager for over a year that was affordable. I have found it here with Gqueues but it is anything but lite - it is wonderful! It shares across platforms (phone, desktop, laptop), allows voice input, shares with clients and my assistant, i can assign tasks, collaborate, attach files, leave comments, use deadlines and more! All for a very affordable price. One ability I would like to see it have is the ability to have different emails added to one GQ account. I have two business emails and a personal and would like only one GQ. Easily worked around but I thought worth mentioning. I still love it and thus far and completely enthralled with it!

Great app for task management not only for your own but for a medium team too. Pity that I cannot supervise my colleagues activity and productivity. Or, maybe I do not know how...

For years I was an avid Toodledo user employing the GTD methodology, but constantly wanted added features and a better mobile app. GQueues answered all of the issues I was having and has an amazing mobile app. It's fast, clean, and actually enjoyable to use. I highly recommend this app.

Love the Web app. Disappointed with the Android app. I find it clunky and awkward to use. No updates for for a lont time. ☹️

Have been using this from its earliest days. It is now quite stable and haven't had a sync issue for years. One thing good about it is that across multiple platforms it runs about the same. It is one piece along with Business Calendar that I use in Android, but it works just as good from the web.

Does not have total number of tasks. App support is nonexistent. Does include a good integration with Toggl. If you are not using Toggl, there are better task apps (with support) for free.

I love the fact that you can create subtasks for subtasks. Drag and drop capabilities in Google Calendar. May switch to this full time. I only wish I could print comments, or reports.

Pretty much there, but I would remove SMS notification and add app Notification (push) instead. Then it ticks all my boxes

I love this task manager. It has a ton of features and is very customizable. The app makes it very easy to access away from your computer. I haven't had any issues with it.

I have tried a ton of methods and software packages. GQueues offers by far the best combination of organization, scheduling, integration with mail, and collaboration.

Love! But for my purposes the only thing it lacks is an archive utility for queues that you no longer need. If they ever implement that, this app would be perfect

I feel dumb that I hadn't tried Gqueues earlier while trying to settle on a task manager. I assumed this was just a mobile client for Google Tasks. I was wrong. This is what Google Tasks SHOULD have been. The integration with Google Calendar is a true 2-way integration, not just a one-way subscription like so many other task systems. It has a very intuitive and simplistic interface like Wunderlist where you can just drag tasks around to re-order but has much better power features like real subtasks (not just notes that are dumb checklists) and useful tagging from a pick-list instead of them being just hashtag keywords. Can create tasks directly from gmail with a real link back to the original message. Would be nice if the mobile app had a new-task-via-notification-bar option like many competitors and I'm having trouble getting used to the mobile sub-task interface. But those are very small gripes for an otherwise outstanding web-mobile combo. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I love the 2-way sync with Google Calendar. And the deep integration with Drive and new comments feature is stellar. I've tried all the major to do apps. This meets my needs better than all of them.

When I use the Smart Queues in the app, the task sometimes disappear. I think this started 2-3 weeks ago. Fix it please!

The web app is solid, but the Android app (and iOS) will sometimes stop syncing, so tasks will remain in view even if they've been marked as done on the web. This is a problem for recurring tasks, because if I were to mark it as done again on the app, it'll create duplicate recurring tasks.

Great tool for organizing, execution, and collaboration. Seeing a lot of comments about tasks overtaking GCal. I prefer to have a full well managed calendar.

I've had it for over 2 years. Paired with Google calendar, it does everything as well as any task organization software I've ever had.

GQueues is an easy and fast way for me to track my tasks, sudden ideas and organize my day. The app is a great way to enter new items and check queues on the go. I heartily recommend GQueues to all my friends and family.

This is an excellent app and even better on a pc. I love the collapsing subtasks and the colour coding and auto numbering makes it even easier

I've used GQueues for many years. I actually use it mainly for historical lists rather than future tasks. It's a lot easier to use than other apps I have tried.

Tried about a half dozen of these apps and this is one I think is the best. Basic enough not to get distracted by too many features, but with enough there to keep me organized. Well done.

I've used GQueues on my computer for about three years now, and have found it's become essential for keeping organized. Now that I can run the task system natively on my phone, Wonderful!

Tried manu to do apps, but this one has the best integration with google calendar, desk and mobile app are in sync, UI is simple but powerful, worth every penny!

Pros: - Syncs with GQueues web and is pretty responsive when I enter dates that sync immediately with Google Calendar. This is a feature that is great about GQueues which is rare among productivity apps - two way sync with Google Calendar. - Easy to create tasks, adding dates, reminders, task duration and notes. - Easy to create your own system. Cons: - It doesn't always respond the first time I touch a queue to go into it. Often I find that I have to touch it two or three times to move into a queue. - The "Add task" button should be in the lower right or left hand corner of the app where the user's thumb can easily use it, not at the top right. - Can't create smartviews in the app. You can only do this on the web version. - When you click on a parent task that has remaining subtasks, there is no prompt to stop you like there is on the web app. Needs to be consistent.

Reports. When planning, a list or grid of time planned, days across the top, queues down the side . A quick sanity check when planning . Currently, I use the gcal integration for that. A similar chart for tasks completed , to give to payroll, and a final one with two columns per day across the top: planned and completed to see how well I followed the plan.

The most customisable productivity tool on the market. No matter what system you use to organise your tasks this will adapt to your needs. The smart queues allow you to filter by context , tags, workflow stages. Very well thought out tool with great customer service as well

I've been using another calendar /task manager successfully for years and the GTD method. This works just as well and the synch to Google products makes it even more effective for me. Not much of a learning curve and adapting to slight tweaks wasn't really an issue. I'll be subscribing

Great system though the mobile app has some crashes and lag (Android N). I need to press back button to navigate up the last tree, but no breadcrumbs show this. If the slide-in left menu listed the queues in a similar order to the left pane in the web-app it may be easier to quickly move about?

The app is not quite as easy to use as the browser functionality but it's getting there. Very powerful if you are a Google Drive, Gmail user!

If you want to be productive and Organized this is the best app in the market. Tons of useful features. It is a very simple and easy to use app, but its very robust at the same time.
