gpvID Client - Global Product Validation Identity is a comprehensive tool for Android offering users easy system to check, if the product is genuine or counterfeit. Thanks to scan (or typing) with this application of gpvID code placed on the product, you can find out if according to the information owned by the system the gpvID code is original, the origin of the product, place where similar goods were sold and contact people who have purchased the product. In addition, the application provides the user with many other useful functions when using the product, for example: transmits information from the manufacturer about the modification of the product, its emergency withdrawal or warnings. To properly fulfill its function the system is of collecting information about the location of the user (during a call to validate the operation), the history of scans performed by the user and the user's device ID.
