smiONE Visa Prepaid Card

Same problems as everyone else. Won't let me login. Says wrong login information entered. When in fact its correct. You get the same response from all the customer service reps when you call to report the problem. The wrong phone number is printed incorrectly on the back of the Sim one card . ITS OBVIOUS BY LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT FIXING THE PROBLEMS!!!! EVERYONE IS REPORTING THE SAME ISSUES AND NOTHING IS STILL BEING DONE TO FIX ANYTHING!!!!!This is frustrating

Keep entering my correct credentials to register my mobile device and it keeps saying to try again. Pitiful- Im not surprised since I had log in problems on the full website. Smione seems to constantly have glitches.

Can't even Log In because it keeps rejecting my entries as Incorrect/Invalid.... It's super cotrect- and I'm not eating time calling anyone

The app worked fine for Iphone but since switching to LG I cannot log in w my correct info, it keeps saying wrong info. When trying to log in on full website it says the same thing. Terrible service.

This card is a joke...i have been waiting five days for my child support to come on my card and they keep telling me they dont prosses payments on the weekends and holidays..but my child support was put into my child support last week on thrusday. I dont think child support inforcement should use these ppl for our child support..they suck!!!!

despite the reviews downloaded the app and had the same issues could not login and yes I know I password I just logged in online prior to downloaded the app and worked fine. Needless to say in will be removing the app not worth the headache everyone else is having

If you can't login try capitalizing the first letter of your password. That's all it took and I was in. Always gives up to date payment information and accurate transactions

Downloaded app and went to site to set up account. Tried entering my info into app and its saying its wrong info. Cant get into app.

Tried logging in on the app says password invalid/incorrect password went to the smione website & entered the same password & it worked so my password is in fact not incorrect!! Fix this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason it keeps telling me my info is invalid, but I can log into the website with the same information. You all were unprepared for such a huge case load, and now everyone is suffering for it.

This app is ridiculous and a waste of our time who have these cards you can't sign in it doesn't even recognize anything about you. Why even make an app for a child support debt card if ya can't sign in!!! It's the worst app I've ever downloaded and I'm deleting it!! Don't download this app!! It's a waste of your time!!!!!!

Login doesn't work. Keep putting my username and password and it doesn't work. :(

It clearly states this is for cards beginning with 4786 and 4064.... Works for me!

It won't let me sign in keep saying my password or username is invalid but yet it's the same password and username on the website somebody help me figure this out

The app is making me nervous already because it won't let me log in using my known credentials from their web site. Moving my money off the card immediately and deleting the app.

Works fine and never been any problem before. Would've given 5 stars, but since last update there's no card to card transfer option anymore. That really sucks!

I love the app. I only wish they would put the card to card feature back on the app. It was really convenient for distributing funds.
