Useless, it closes on its own, info isn't updated, freezes and messes up 90% of the time. Waste of space on my phone.

#1: The pictures of items are poor quality and are not able to be scaled up. #2: It would be nice to have similar products listed on the bottom of the product page, as it is on the full site.

Shopping has gotten a little better on the app. So glad that bug was fixed so now I can pay my card through the app again instead of having to go to a computer

It is not adding up total correctly and miscounting items in my cart

Cannot login so I went to the website to order. Got confirmation my order was shipped and even delivered only to get notification that they were 'oh out'. Very unhappy. And apparently I can't get a refund since I used a rewards certificate!

Can't even log in because it keeps saying error. I have tried everything from uninstalling to re installing.

I constantly have problems paying my bill on this app.

I went to purchase items and it never sent message that the order had been processed. One hour later the order was processed and I had purchased two of the same orders. They need to fix this App.

Won't let me view my account to pay my bill. Basically useless since I'm not going to use the app to shop.

Can't view transaction history everytime i try the app closes...please fix that otherwise i love the app.

It's a huge inconvenience the option is not available to see or check the status of an order in the app.

OK for browsing, but if you want to purchase, you should just use the website. I've loaded items into my cart before and they are gone next time I open it. They also don't transfer to the app. I'd much rather use the website.

I like it. Because I can go on there AND check when MY payment is due.

App does not show transactions! When clicked, it redirects you back to homepage and sign-in process repeatedly!!

Where do you go to make payments. It should be in front with all the categories

Love their clothes. But, it took me forever to buy through the app. It is extremely slow; all of a sudden freezes; the buttons don't work properly. Painful to use. I'll change my review as soon as these issues get resolved.
