It won't let me sign up for an Express Account to access the app. Highly disappointing

This app was much better in the past when they allowed you to save the items you like similar to a wish list. Please bring that option back. Thanks.

Prices online are in USD but the same clothing item sold in a Toronto store for 100CAD is sold for 100USD on the app meaning it is 30%more expensive online vs in store

App used to work. Run promos that you must use in app only but won't let me check out. Also express credit card makes you put in a security code when there isn't one. Tried a regular credit and still can't place order. Wasted an hour of my life thanks

Terrible, I can't make a purchase no matter how many times I load my cart and try. My cart items delete. I also can't use my tablet for Internet purchases. Great app deals that you can't use!

I have tried repeatedly to place an order with this app and it is just not working. It is not putting in the promo codes correctly, my express card is asking for a security code when it shouldn't and my cart is not updating. Please fix it!

When trying to check out it asks for an email address for the shipping address but not finding a field for email. Also doesn't allow you to log in and use a saved address. Current promo says to use the app but not able.

Wasted hours trying to place an order to take advantage of an app only promotion. Won't let me use my express next card asks for cvv number that doesn't exist. Won't even work with a regular card either. After multiple calls and being transferred and hung up on multiple times I'm about to cancel my card and never shop here again.

Horribly optimized to the online site. After updating my information online I get error on this app about incorrect info.

Buggiest app on my phone. Often it won't let me check out and other times it won't even allow me to look at products. Also, it would be nice if when I'm looking at a specific product, it would link to the other items the model is wearing.

This app is awful. They run a promotion where you have to use the app, but the app doesn't work. When you call, they can't help you with that. They just said try again!

Used to like this app but for the last several months I can't place an order or use any of my promo codes that are specifically for buying thru the app!! Pretty much useless app at this point. Going to uninstall.

It doesn't let you move forward from the check out. It asks to add an @ to the email address at the shipping address but it doesn't have a field for it... It is frustrating!

You cannot order on this app. When I click place order button it doesn't register it and my order doesn't go through. You are better off going on the web.

I'm actually an artist so I'm using this app for new clothing designs on the characters that I actually draw.

Horrible

App has been acting funky for a couple months. Thought it was due to Christmas overload. No, earlier today I had 3 items in my cart, but the price and quantity for each was not visible in app. I tried everything to see, but no go...yet it would let me Check out? Just looked again and shows 3 items in my bag...until I click on it...then the bag shows 'Empty'.

I've gotten many offers to shop on the app and get a discount, but when I use the app to get the discount, I never get it. In that case, it's easier just to shop on the website.

The.last couple of months the app hasn't been the same since Christmas. I have to go online and order what I want. They need to do another update

I loved buying outfits from Express 10 years ago, and the convenience of the app makes shopping less of a journey. My biggest problem with Express is the lack of creativity with their menswear line. When I browse through the clothing selections I'm still seeing the same cuts and styles from 10 to 15 years ago. Express doesn't need to revamp their entire menswear offerings, but adding a tad of innovation and diversity to current selections certainly would not hurt Express app's usage and ultimately SALES.

This app is awful. And so is the entire Express customer service department. I went through all the steps of placing an order in this app, complete with an order number and confirmation page that says Thank you for your order, and it never WENT THROUGH. I called and no one could find any trace of an order. What a joke. Even the manager was unprofessional and offered no help at all. I will never be shopping at Express again. (Listen to all these bad reviews Express! Something has to change!)

I can browse just fine, but when I try to update account or make purchases I get signed out. Very frustrating!

The browsing is fine. However can't buy things from it. 2 different time have missed out on great deals because of this stupid app!
