Charlotte Russe

The app constantly shuts down and loses everything I e saved as a favorite or in my cart. Sometimes the cart will shoe an amount with no merchandise in the cart. I love Charlotte Russe but this app needs work.

Not really convenient to shop. The site kicking me out when I select for certain items to view.

It keeps freezing when I select a shirt

I was so frustrated with that stupid pink app taking me in circles for and hour and a half and not accepting my account I was desperate for an app that would actually work. As soon as it downloaded it took less than a minute to confirm my account and layout is simple cute and easy. (Won't take you in circles) The clothes are actually good quality (unlike other stores) and the prices are AMAZING! oh and don't forget super cute clothes! Super happy would definitely recommend!

I was on this app for about 2 hours, and just shopping. I go to check out and it says "cart items not available" to sum things up, I'm really pissed. I was so excited to get my stuff but never mind. I don't recommend this app.

It is so much easier to navigate, and a lot faster, than signing on via Internet without app. The site has many sale items that are not available in the store, I'm loving it!

This app crashes literally every time I try to do anything, it is so annoying and i hate it. I just want buy a dress.

This app sucks I can't even get to log in, it keeps crashing whenever I click the log in button. Wasted my time downloading this.

This app has a good concept. But the problem is when I add things to my cart, they don't show up. I just finished adding so many cute shirts and was excited to check out and I ended up with just two. It is extremely frustrating because I spent a lot of time looking at shirts, to only end up with two. Also when I go to remove something from my cart it deletes everything else I had in there. Sad to say I will not be using this app, do not recommend.

The app is garbage! It closes out when using the wishlist and constantly logs you out. It won't allow me to place any orders and It keeps saying "unable to create order" there's a lot of cute clothes it's just unfortunate that the app is keeping people from being able to buy anything, Hoping the issues get resolved soon.

I like the store. But most of the items repeat on the app under the same page. And when i try to click on items in my wishlist the app crashes. Other than that it is a better option than the website itself on the phone

Love this app it saves me so much time on shopping and I am able to get my clothing so much faster. I love shopping in store but hate how long it takes and my schedule hardly allows me time to go in. So having this app makes shopping a breeze

Every time I try to look at my wishlist, the app crashes. Also, I can not purchase any items because I have been trying to add my shipping method but it will not let me. Please fix this because I want to buy the items.

Used it once and worked great. Downloaded on new phone twice today and doesn't work. Just crashes on log in or says Internet not available on shop now.

The sorry excuse of an app won't even let me sign in. In addition, I cannot browse for clothes and offers. Just terrible

The app is easy to use and you get great deals. It's perfect when you live in the middle of nowhere and don't want to drive an hour to go shopping

I would honestly give the app a 5 if it weren't for the wishlist never showing the items I've saved .. also, it gets a tad annoying having to have to log in every time I exit the app

All around great app! Have to buy plus sz for teen daughter & it's not easy to find plus size in cute, affordable clothes but C.R. never fails me! Thanks again for another amazing, affordable shopping experience!!!!

Everything is alright. There are just a lot of crashes when I try to get something from my wishlist and I get logged out very frequently when trying to search or checkout.

Nice stuff but it's little expensive I love it when they have 30%40% sales and in Canada shipping it's 20$ expensive just for delivery

It takes time to learn to navigate through.. Also, the exact prices aren't calculated for you in this app while the prices online are.. Maybe it's just in my phone?
