It wasn't that great before the update, but since the update, it's even worse. Even after going to their website and resetting my user name and password, it still won't let me log in. What's the purpose of the app, if you still have to go to the website to make a payment???

Can't see put history and transactions are to slow to show up. Would be nice if you could make payments from app. Good for finding locations and seeing est of balance.

The app keeps crashing, and denies me entry even though I answer my security question right. So, I had to reset my password because the app locked me out. No big deal, I guess...but...When leaving the app for whatever reason, it crashes and I have to log in all over again. When I finally logged got in, and tried to make a payment, the app directs me to the website to 'set up payment information'. It makes no sense to download an app, then have to go to the website in order to transact on the app. I will be deleting this, and going old school-payment over the phone. Do not download this app.

Can't change payment to a different card. And doesn't show my history of payments. I'm not having login issues like other users are saying.

Very bad app. Wonder how Google teamed up with this company.

The app crashes whenever you try to use the location finder. Only useful for accessing account details.

This app is horrible. Been trying to log in for the last 4hrs. Keeps saying Error please try again later. After trying for the 4hr it finally passed to my security question just to take me back to the main menu with the message please try again later. So irritating!

I have been trying to log in for a week and it keeps saying ooppss so.ething went wrong and to try again later. This app doesn't care if you get a late fee when it's there system not working. Horrible.

Like app concept in general, and the look of it, but it is not a full service replacement for the website. Locator map a little sluggish sometimes to catch-up with user location, regardless of cell carrier/gps signal.

It sucks!!! Download it, and was only able to use it once. Been trying to sign in for the past few day and i can't "something went wrong try again later" it's been days!!!!

I almost always have problems logging on and then my account locks up.

Can not log in most of the time. When I can, it doesn't show me the info I'm looking for. Useless.

Crashes ever time I try to find a location that takes this credit card. Please fix.

Has a location finder but it brings up a bunch of places that don't accept the card

So far so good. I've been able to log in, find Exxon gas stations near me and doin account related activities.

Randomly decided to stop letting me log in. Customer service is too difficult to reach.

App does nothing after selecting the amount you want to pay. App works great for the date of payment and what account you want the payment to come from.

Great for locations for auto parts shops n gas locations!

Once I received the new card, It's a breeze to use!!
