App we made uses GPS data for calculating distance. When you press the start button, will recording of the coordinates starts, and device will start calculating distance in kilometers or miles.
When the stop button is applied, the activity will be saved with data like: time, distance, average speed.
App is also capable of viewing a map of the activites route, both while recording and while viewing historical data.
