good idea, but it would be better to have more rows to put notes in and have the possibility to choose, which 3 rows should be shown on the display. It would also be of very great help, if notes could not only be moved between the rows but also placed between existing notes. With a higher number of notes it's very uncomfortable, to move first a lot of notes in a row to bring a specific note to a specific place. But over all a great idea and a very good start.
