Voice Snooze Alarm

As others have mentioned, waiting for the silent listening period is annoying. Not sure how Samsung did it with their alarm, but that's the only shortcoming here really.

Its working well and the last thing that the app needs is beatiful UI. I wish u to more good apps like this!

You've missed a real opportunity here. Samsung removed voice commands from the alarm clock and now I'm left wanting. STUPID SAMSUNG! this app has multiple issues. Doesn't react to voice commands. Auto snoozes when it hears light ambient sound. Creating a customized deactivation word makes it even less capable. Oh I wanted this to work so badly.

I don't give it one star because I didn't use the app. I got to pissed off testing it before the first night and not getting it to work with a ringtone I've made with a ringtone maker. Also, after you don't respond, it either snoozes or shuts off. Not sure on that but either way, the alarm should continue until I responded.

Doesnt work

Good voice stopping but it needs 3 things. 1, a name to the alarm and 2, read out that name. And 3, custom ringtones. I want to call an alarm Wake Up and i want it to say that and play the ringtone i choose from my own list. 5 stars when it has these 3 features added. 1 star for each feature

I loved the idea of the app, especially as my new Note 4 doesn't allow you to use your voice to snooze/stop alarms, (and this was a really useful feature on the Note 2). Unfortunately, every time I have tried it, it crashes/'closes'! I will have to uninstall until such time as 1) it stops crashing, 2), as Ric G says: the app has the ability to title/name each alarm. Such a shame, as this looked like the answer. Will now uninstall.

Real works great but it requires internet to snooz..if internet not ther then error in conecting...and also its not establishing internet automaticaly...

This works really well & recognized the voice really good. My only problem is that when i say snooze, it stops then 6 sec later it comes on again & keeps doing that, instead of snoozing for 10mins like i put down. Not sure if there's a bug, but please fix. Thanks!

Galaxy Note 5. App used to work fine. *But since the update, alarm does not work, does not recognize my voice commands properly. Way below average now, too inconsistent. How can I fix this or I want my money back?

Just snoozes automatically after snooze time.

Alarm clock windchimes tells the alarm to snooze. Kinda defeats the purpose of an alarm clock that snoozes itself after 2 seconds of playing.

Alarm that goes off with out making a noise weird you set the alarm sound and it keeps defaulting to silent

I really wish this worked better...a great concept and desperately needed since I'm on note 4 and lost this function from previous phone. Although my downloaded tone is on the list the app reverted to something else that was just an annoying beep. Now I am getting "error #8" while it says "snoozing until..." the voice confirm is annoying turning off.

I agree very much with the review from Michael Johnson. The stock alarm app on the SGIII was invaluable! I MISS it EVERY SINGLE DAY & I have yet to find a "true" replacement for it! PLEASE try to incorporate the SGIII'S features & you'll really have an awesome app!

Doesn't work piece of trash

I'm looking for an alternative to the wonderful stock alarm clock I had on my Galaxy S3 to replace the lacking alarm clock on my Xperia z3. Samsung's alarm clock with built-in voice recognition was great. While this provides similar functionality that I am looking for, it can be improved in a number of ways. The main improvement is this: Get rid of the concept of the voice recognition timer. Allow the alarm sound to continuously play while at the same time being able to listen to the deactivate command. By default, waiting 5 seconds before being able to speak a voice command is irritating. Then having the alarm sound completely go quite while the app listens for a command is even more frustrating. This will certainly allow me to sleep through the initial alarm and miss the opportunity to verbally stop the alarm at all. tl;dr: Once the alarm sounds, let it not only continue to make noise until it is stopped or snoozed, but allow voice recognition to happen immediately. Also, allow offline voice commands and you, developer, get your hands on the Galaxy S3 stock alarm clock and heavily borrow the functionality of that app. However, you are on a really good start with this app!

I missed my note 2 voice alarm i have the note 4 now (samsung you stupid for getting rid of alarm ) this alarm is better than others in that it's simple i have recorded "stop " to deactivate the alarm instead of snooze. One question how does the voice deactivation timer work and what is it for i noticed one other app user said about it. How can samsung install such an on board app and yet app developers find it hard to integrate a voice alarm

I love this app since it essentially gives me what I was missing with the voice snooze on my S4 but I do wish it would also allow 'Stop' or 'Dismiss' as a command and still keep the saved Alarm and not have to hit deactivate if want to stop snooze durations prior to set snooze time limit...sometimes I get up before then but my max is that limit and want to stop alarm prior to that set time.

No option to mute confirmation or lower the sound after you say, 'snooze'. No documentation that explains how the app works.

The latest update had improved this app! Much better. This app must not be installed to SD card or linked. Very nice I just say stop and it says alarm deactivated!

... If someone can return my email regarding using an mp3 song as an alarm. It allows me to choose a song but when I click 'done' the app closes itself. Otherwise, it's a great app. I use it every day.

Got this app when S5 removed the voice alarm app from OS which worked great. I tried to use some additional sounds for the alarm and now it has not gone off for 3 days! Can you customize the sound beyond the few included?

Hey , good work ! I was wondering if the app is working correctly on Android 4.1 and 4.2 because apparently there is some problem in the API (RecognitionListener). "onBeginningOfSpeech method is not being called if you wait about 5 seconds before speaking".

Please I like this app but have rated it at 4 Stars as when I first installed it I could not get it to make sound only vibrate. However I know now this app but not be either linked to SD card or saved to SD card. It will then work fine.

Sweet idea and pretty useful. My main concern has been that snooze won't work but in fact is the other way around, too easy to snooze!
