Worst service from gozo..I used them for 3 times but will never use from now on..they are highly unproffessionals...I dont like even talking to their customer care...I likes their drivers..they are to the some extents are of good behaviour..their custimer care person dont pass informations to the next executive on duty and every one says a different story..also they dont pass on correct informations to the taxi owner..and he demands extra money when you are middle of the journey..this happned with me 2 out of 3 times..I think they must improve here..this is very annoying..however one thing I will appreciate they are good on providing taxi on time..

very wrost service .. i booked a cab from kodaikanal to mysore.. but they canceled my booking for higher rate of cab.. i booked it in 5600 rs but they call me and asked to pay 7500 when i already checked out from hotel and no hotel available in 30 april in kodaikanal...

The gozocab people are cheats trying to extract money at every opportunity from traveller. Didn't give me driver's name and car number till last minute changed the car and driver... Further told me to pay extra for AC eventhough I had booked a AC cab. The driver was very uncooperative. , Very rash driving.. almost killed a biker due to his driving. Tried to cheat us by asking extra money for local travel to kufri eventhough I had paid for 500km and for 2 days. Very bad Taxi service. Will not recommend this to anybody. If one wants to ruin his holiday for sure then he should take this service .

Gozocabs seriously need to work on drivers as they are very unprofessional in terms of behaviour and work ethics. Our driver didn't drop us to our dropping point and with very rude behaviour dropped us on road. He was not at all cooperative in ferms of privacy. Other then that his behaviour didn't change even after complaining to the office. I thought gozocabs is a professional network but as per my experience its really disgusting.Not recommended.

Worst. I paid ₹500 driver chrges for two days.... I paid for 565 km, which is more then 2 days average (250km per day). Still i was forced to return on same day. Jus coz i was not sure of my return time. Such things happen in tourism industry and u shld not be so rigid. U were asking me to pay for 250 km extra jus for a 1 day extension, for two days trip when my actual distance was only 565 km, worst. Never use it.

Very good services.booked 2 times .the drivers are very good nd well behaved.comfortable trip.may be due to some cir cumstances cab ws delayed 2nd time bt we reached on time.price z affordable.customer care ppl are also very good nd helpful.

Pathetic Driver.... Pathetic Services Driver misbehaved.....asked for more money because of delay...which happened because he had to go shopping.....also we could not go out because he had to go to a friend's place....guys I this was pathetic experience Driver ruined it all...Driver also does not know how to tok to gals....now in case anybody is booking a trip with them..make sure u guys are not travelling with gals....it shud b a boys trip so that u can handle the driver nicely...... Truly I dint mind anything but when I got down and the girl was alone on the way back he started talking in a different tone and misbehaved with her....... And dropped her at a place from where she could not get an auto instead of dropping at her place.... One recommendation to gozocabs ...... Please learn something from Uber and Ola ...as they have a tight grip on their drivers.... Make some incentives on behaviour also......thanks ...I am going social now.....c u guys on social media....i don't want anyone else to ruin there trip because of u.....i had planned several trips for this year now I will choose some other Travel company I guess

There is no option of negative marking or minus stars therefore i am giving one star to this company. I have taken services of this company two times and in both trip, me and my family suffered due to this company. Once they get there amount paid as advance they start behaving like a fraud company. It does not matter what type of cab model you are asking for, they can give you any cab model they have and inform you in the 11th hour. after getting amount, they will not listen your problems related to cab or driver or any thing. They have customer care but all of their customer care executives are very well trained to disconnect your call at any time no matters in which problem or condition you are stuck with. I advice to all of you that please do not trust this company.

Unfortunately I have to give one star because there is provision to give zero or negative rating. Full unprofessional behaviour and I think, once they get full payment in advance they don't bother about customer. Driver which they forced to assign this travel assignment is not at all willing to do it and this company is not at all aware whether driver reaches to customer on time or not. I have never experienced such a pathetic and unprofessional behavior from so called famous company.

They kept us waiting for 2 hours and finally when we called them they cancelled booking saying no cab available. May Jeopardize whole trip

The worst service ever.

I have booked Swift Dezire for one way trip from manali to Delhi through GOZOCABS. They provided me Innova and a very good Driver, but when we reached chandigarh, GOZOCABS changed our taxi and provided another Innova for further journey from chandigarh to Delhi. After starting from chandigarh we realised that we make biggest mistake of our life. Our new driver ( who was more than 55 years old) started sleeping through out the way and he did not accept that he was sleeping during driving. After insisting..

Thanks a lot Gozocabs for this application.. Booking a cab with you was already so easy and convenient. I am a regular customer and book cabs for dehradoon, Chandigarh, shimla, jaipur, agra, etc.. Now I can book it more easily as this application is very handy and easy to use.. Keep rocking GOZOCABS.

Worst travel experience with gozocabs. Driver was ill mannered and constantly talked on phone. Driver did not switch on ac in may summer saying his clutch plate was not good. Charges are very high but Driver and vehicle quality is substandard.
