I enjoy using this app. And the city has been very responsive to the reported issues. My only complaint is that I can add only one image. In some cases multiple images help explain the issue better. Please add the ability to attach more than one picture.

This app is really helpful in informing the city of issues. If I see a bush or tree blocking a sidewalk while out on a walk, I fire up the app, take a photo and hit submit. The built in GPS automatically tells the city where the issue is. The city takes care of the follow up and in every case the problem has been solved within a few weeks.

This app is great. When you see something wrong (broken traffic light, busted meter cover, crack in sidewalk, etc) you can snap a picture and send it to the city. They actually reply and fix it. I've sent in 4 reports and all were fixed in a couple of weeks. Once I even got a phone call for clarification. It must be great for the city, too. This way they can crowd-source the reporting of problems and issues that affect the citizens get dealt with. I love it. The UI is a bit primitive, but fully functional. It's not like you're going to spend a lot of time using it.
