I like that I am able to report trash, graffiti, abandoned vehicles etc within my city. I also like getting a update when the problem has been resolved. What needs improvement is the Gps, it is not always accurate. Also, Certain problems take longer then others to get resolved (weeks).

I found this app when I moved to Hayward. I definitely feel that it is much needed and the response time varies by the issue reported. It helps those like me who prefer reporting issues online. I like that I can attach photos. The only miss (as stated by another reviewer) is that the GPS doesn't seem to be accurate.
