Chat session is a appointment tab. No advise is offered. Each person I spoke to gave no indication of what it would cost. Prices are really high and you dont know what lawyer your going to get for that price. I think it could be improved by removing the chat session as that indicates we can speak to you about legal matters where really its just another booking system. Also, a better price guide for customers, ok the hourly rate is $350 but no indication of how much time needed? Similar cases common.
