Booked tickets and took my money and once got to place could get bus... ended up waiting 6 hrs w/kids for next bus

IT SUCKS!

This company need to be look into ,because they are very deceitful, book a ticket for a 7am bus and the bus never shows up and they decline my request for a refund and tell me the bus was their, I can't believe the lies they tell for a company dealing with people money. My advice is to not take this bus service.

I was loving the app until I tried booking a trip and my brand new credit card was "declined" yet I have a pending charge on my account. Now i just use it as a bus guide and buy my tickets on the bus.

Just terrible. The bus didnt show up at jfk. Asked everyone and no one even heard of the bus service. Scam company .

Gotobus sucks! The bathroom was so unclean, and it didn't have an inside knob. The costume service was horrible too. No advice for the stops, we almost miss the stop. This is the worst bus company.

App is good just wish I could see what the stop look like as well as the bus

Everything is accurate except for the prices. I pay $10 one way to Schenectady the app says $20. Other then that, it's helpful.

I can't type the passenger name as the app doesn't allow it and therefore I can't book a trip because of it

I like the goto bus but the new app is having a trouble all the time its not accepting the name of the passenger. I keep on trying still the same i cannot make a booking.

This app won't let me log in, and when I press the options/settings tab it comes up in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese. Good idea, but it needs more work.

This service was awful i will never use it again. We almost werent allowed on the bus. Police had to be called the whole situation was offer. Do not use this service.

Do not take gotobus. My family have a very bad vacation because of the cheating business. We have 2 kids at 3 and 5 years old. We took the bus trip to Vegas. On departure day, the bus didn't have seat numbers, so many families cannot seat together. The tour women said apologize for the problem and said she will put seat numbers asap. On the last day, we get the same problem but this time it happened to my family. There was no enough seats for us, so we have to wait for their solving the problem. My bus driver don't speak English with me, we have to wait for the terrible tour women. Finally, there was nice passengers that gave her seats to my family. I want to say thanks to the kind people and hope people stay away gotobus.

I've been taking this company for several years to Florida to Georgia from New York and excetera and yes their service is terrible 99% of the drivers do not speak English the buses have plugins but most of the plugs don't work or Wi-Fi which can be frustrating but they are very prompt company when they say they're leaving at 10 p.m. that's exactly what it means sometimes even a few minutes before plus I mean this company is cheap so you can expect the best service in the world love them

As soon as I installed this app it immediately started closing my other apps. The permissions that are needed for this app to "function" is ridiculous!

Gotobus provides a safe and cheap way to travel. Every since i found out about this bus i dont even think about traveling any other way.

When the bus pulled up in Phila,pa the people just bumrushed the door didn't let the ppl who were on the bus get off they over booked it I had to cuss the ppl out so my wife could get on the bus was nasty trash everywhere the air didn't work the bathroom was trifling the only good thing was the price but I would still rather give Greyhound $50 to ride comfortable

Won't let me put in travels name. Generally love the convenience of the app.

No booking information. I only used it to get the customer service number which isn't on their website.

It was a good idea, BUT will not allow access after email and password input. App does not work. I'll check back in a month to see if it's worth a 5 star rating.
