Desktop app 4 Stars. Mobile App 2 Stars. Challenges for this version of the mobile app include: Can't look up by Business. Many screen touch items do not process. Often freezes and crashes. Task and new events are often difficult to enter.

The desktop version of their CRM is 5 stars. Both the app and pc version are easy to get up and running with no training. The App is good, but not yet great. They're clearly committed to making it a 5 star app through their responsive support team.

The desktop is great - 5 stars. The tablet app is very bad. It only displays the scheduled activities from the desktop. Completely useless otherwise. The mobile app works great - just like the desktop. What gives?
