“There’s a notification problem and floating/hover icon not working on my Xiaomi smartphone”
Here’s how to fix it:
Floating/Hover icon setting:
1. Security Center - License Management - Application Management - Rights Management - Display Floating Info Box - find GotchaIV to set up
2. Settings - other application management - find GotchaIV - pulled to the bottom of the "rights management" point in, you can also set here
Notification setting:
1. Settings - Notifications and Status Bar - Confirm that the "Show app icons with notifications" setting is turned on - Click notification management - GotchaIV - Turns on in the notifications bar and on the lock screen

Superb app, adds a button which toggles the overlay on and off, couldn't be easier to use, rate the potential of your Pokemon in seconds and in an unobtrusive way that almost feels like it could be part of the game. I bet the evolution upgrade is just as good! Highly recommend, great job Yu Locus

Works well, and shows pokemon weaknesses. Great overlay layout too. LOVE THE ADS now they went from unnoticed to ALL INTRUSIVE covering the whole screen. Reverting to online calculator

But it keeps telling me every pokemon i catch cannot be calculated. I've had a rare couple that it will calculate but most don't. When i put in the proper mon and it's level, on several i can't even put in a CP that's low enough or high enough, so i have to go as high or low as it will go and call it close enough. Same with HP. then i try and calculate IV. Love the overlay. Think it's easy enough to use (though how do i get that ball from permanently being on my screen?) IF i could use it.

It's like cheating without actually cheating. The transparent overlay lets the app cooperate with the game, without tapping into the gamecode. Simple and genius.

I've tried a few others IV calculator. Most of them are good and accurate. But this one stands out by its layout. You will definitely not getting banned by running this apps while playing Pokémon GO because this apps runs separately BUT overlay Pokémon GO. You don't actually have to switch between apps as this one can be minimized into a tiny icon which you can place anywhere you like on your screen and it won't affect your game play. Just like FB Messenger after it's minimized. You just got to try it out!

I think the app is very well done but it would be top notch if it included 3 things: stab damage bonus, eps (energy per second) for moves and use of the in game appraisal feature to narrow down what your Pokemon's CP actually is. Keep up the great work! These are mere suggestions to help improve the app.

I originally had "tool kit" but after a bit of powering up and leveling, it would either bot calculate or come up with a different result. This app doesnt have that issue and has cool features like moves that that pokemon can get and other stuff. Perfect app, no need for anything else i can think of.

This is wonderful because it is an overlay. I like how you can include Pokémon level through the angle of the curve. One thing I would like to see added is a way to factor in our trainer's advice on which attack is best. It significantly narrows the options.
