2. 本會定名為『中華民國口腔植體學會』，
英文名稱為 Academy of Oral Implantology,Taiwan 簡稱 AOIT。
本會之宗旨為：發展口腔植體學之 研究，提昇教學及醫療水準，並樹立及維護此一專科之標準與權益。且非以營利為目的之社會團體。
3. 本會之任務為：
一、舉辦口腔植體學專題討論會及學術演講，聘請國內、外口腔植體專家，教導研習，服務會員。
二、協助發展口腔植體尖端技術及最新器材，並引進相關資訊。
三 、發行口腔植體學有關之學術性刊物，提升民眾對口腔植體學之認識。
四 、推展國內、外相關團體之學術交流。 5.樹立並維護國內口腔植體醫療之標準。 1.

The purpose of this would be it as: research and development of oral explants school, improve teaching and medical standards, and to establish and maintain this standard with the interests of a specialist. And not-for-profit community groups purposes.
3. The tasks of the Council are:
First, hold oral explants school seminars and academic lectures, hire domestic and foreign experts in oral explants, teaching learning, service members.
Second, assist in the development of oral explant cutting-edge technology and the latest equipment, and the introduction of the relevant information.
