The GPS accuracy is not good. The arrival time is also not accurate. The app said my driver was 12 minutes away and he was literally parked in front of me. The accuracy needs major improvements.

Tried this to book a car and after 20 minutes gave up. Tried to confirm a reservation or to see what is going on. Tried to chat with CS but couldn't get a response from them. Deleting the app. Did not have the same experience as Ty Williams a previous review.

Charged $5 by mistake for canceling a reservation. Takes forever to contact CS. Gave up! Also, cannot use the app while on airplane wifi. Will use uber in future.

I'm impressed. My car broke down when I was about to pick up a VIP client of mine. Their GoSedan Black didn't let me down. Chauffer was very presentable as well I can say the ride boosted my confidence. I closed the deal! Now I'm thinking to dump my car and use GoSedan for business affairs. I canride a car I couldn't afford yet. Thumbs up!
