My third loan was delayed and the responses were late and that's because there was a technical issue that went on for more than a week and a half. I think, the team needs a system that doesn't not cause such long delays and has such faults in future.

It is good application with easy loan process but delay in reply of emails and no direct helpline number. If customer need more amount it doesn't allow have to use the available credit only. Hope paysense helps me it. And in future I also I would apply for loan with large amount.

Very poor service provider it is after giving the loan their executive behave like a our Owner....very bad and pathetic response from their executive I'll suggest better to take loan from private finance than Paysense

I am so happy with PaySense, it helps me when requirement was very urgent, but customers support is not good, there should be a customer care number which can be easy to customers for any problems related PaySense.

I an not able to login as I lost my old number and I send an email to update my contact number but still it has not been updated and I am not able to see the procedure for my loan

I have paid my first installment through eazypay link even before due date still it's showing that my emi is overdue. Help!!!!!

Courier service is pathetic. Courier person didnt came to house and aksed to come to different location. I went to different location in such a hot day. At 3pm , and he started shouting on me . Very pathetic service. Y dont you guys have any email service where i can send my scanned signatre docs to you guys.

I have made a full loan payment but no proper response and not updated in the system and as well in the app. Suggest you guys not to use the app. Lack of customer service.
