Google Earth

Overall, it's a great app. The 3D effects really brings the cities to life and is very detailed and pretty accurate although it will have random places in some very odd places like a prison in the middle of the woods for example. I just wish that it had the time lapse features from year's past like the desktop version did a few years back. If Google can add that features I would give this app a slightly higher rating.

Obviously this is a good app to have on your phone. The only thing I'd say would greatly benefit both the ppl who use this app AND the app itself are updated views. I typed in my mom's house address and it showed my mom's house with cars in the driveway that she sold, literally, over 10 years ago. Then i checked out a friend's house and it showed the area she lives in long BEFORE he neighborhood had even been built in that area lol. So obviously the views Google Earth shows are between 5 and 10 years old. The views could MOST DEFINITELY use an update. That would actually be greatly beneficial for both the users and the app itself, as I previously mentioned. Really hope it happens. Other than that, the app is cool.

Its good ???? but it only shows places which are historical or famous. I wish it could show us the local places in 3D too! It's awesome but still. I wanted to see the unseen places in 3D with Google Earth! Unfortunately It's a stain for its name. It doesn't show whole Earth in third dimension. #GOOGLEEARTH #REQUEST

every two swipes of the finger and it shuts down. Top features, it shuts down a lot. why not swap it for ads it,d be more useful than this pile of garbage and it wouldnt matter if it shuts down then. and thats 0 star rating not 1. its an excellent app but why wont it stay on longer than 30 seconds what the hell is wrong with it. please fix it life isnt worth living without it.

I'm a truck driver who delivers GAS to the gas stations and when I go to a new store I need to know where are their tanks before I enter. Previously I use to park my truck in the middle of the road and walk inside and look but now I can look at the place before I even start driving there. So helpful. Thank you technology.

Slight improvement since my last review (Feb 17) but so much more needs to be sorted. Many famous places are very blurry when you zoom in, but the biggest problem is that this app keeps stopping and logging out. Considering how long this app has been around, I cannot understand why Google haven't sorted these major problems out. They have the technology, the resources and the money to make this app the best app going, but for some reason that only Google know, they can't be bothered. Such a shame.

Blur. The road is blurry and seem to be out of focus when keeping track of it. Also cant seem to view number on bus stop stand as it is blurry. Also used up alot of my mobile data when browsing through the road. Need alot of improvement.

It is a brilliant app, however. When I looked up chernobyl NPP, all street view blue sections crashed when I tried to access them . Conspiracy or Coincidence

The app closes on its own and I have to open the Play store app in order to enable the Google earth app. Is the problem with my phone or with the app?

This app is getting "disabled" after some time, have to manually enable it. Have a link to this app at Google Maps, but app is disabled all the time, what am I doing wrong?

Quality is awful. I think its not loading but my internet connection is very fast. I can't see anything in high quality its all blurry.

Its a scam. I know from google map the Earth is flat. Do not use this app. Its a scam by the evil force to hypnotize you.

This app is just amazing. I know in this high tech world that it shouldn't be surprising, but remembering my childhood of paper maps, compasses, and getting hopelessly lost this app is just mind blowing. Even out in the middle of nowhere you can boot this up and quickly and easily navigate through the woods to the closest roadways. No more getting lost ever. It's also nice being able to boot up a campground and see what they are truly offering before making reservations. Just a great app!!!

Not good at all... terrible in fact! Previous version was by far much better than this one.

It Keeps Disabling On My Phone with Oreo, Every time for using it I have to Go In Maps then Google Earth then Play Store and Enable....Very Bad!

Well I haven't tried this on my phone yet but I have on the computer.. it was SUPER COOL but ... It's down loading today is Nov. 5th 2017 so... I'm gonna try it :/

It's really poor app. It doesn't show the Taj Mahal in 3D. You should be careful before making this types of apps. You have forgotten the one wonder in 3D.????????????

Installed app on android and it would not run. It began to load then crashed and closed leaving the prsvious screen on the desktop. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same result.

The app is great and easy to use but there is one thing which does not satisfy me....The places of India and many other countries are not shown in 3D and appear to be flat when I switch on to 3D. Please, do something about that....All-over the app should be praised.It is wonderful....

My dad been dead for 8 years now and I can still see him it's good to see him but this needs to be updated very bad

It glitches out as soon as I enter it. It's absolutely awful. Fix it and maybe I'll rate it better

The icon disappears automatically, sorry. It does not stick to my mobile permanently, I have to download again and again, the icon remain for a short while and disappears becomes disable, kindly solve the problem.

Utter rubbish. Top 2017 phone and all it does is giving one a blurry picture even on top speed fibre optic connection. Google sucks, unfortunately the only alternative is Apple, which sucks even more.

I suppose you guys didn't updated the app for two years..it's not showing the latest things and constructions.....it's old one....

I think there is still an issue with importing .kml / .kmz files. I've downloaded those types of files onto my device and on to my gdrive, but the app will not import the files.

It's not working properly on oneplus3t and I have to open Google Earth on play store and enable it to open it. Kindly help me out.

It's absolutely amazing! You can search everything and get right near the front door of just about anywhere. A definite must use!

It says it's 2017 but I lived on a sertain street in 2008 and moved out 2009 and it shows I'm still at the same address

It doesn't work for all the place,it works only for 4 or 5 places.Improve it and make it common for all the places.

When did Google Earth start sucking? It used to be awesome to zoom in on your house and see far away places but I can't even get large city's like London to load lol maybe it's just my galaxy note 5 not working with it not sure but I hated it none the less

I installed the app so I could get a look at some local places but the views are very blurry.

FINALLY we have the ability to save KMZ & KML files to the device. No more having to continuously access Google Drive. Thanks Google :)

When we use 3D mode the houses and buildings flats down and we can't see them in 3D mode

I think it's an amazing app. I can see everything. It's also very educational and gives people an onsite of the world. It says there is more to the world than us. It's an amazing app. Must have.
