I like it. What I miss most is a way of finding quickly an app to add to categories. A simple text search based on name. For instance, I have a ton of logging apps scattered in the list. My log, your log, tap log, think log, whatever log.. It would be nice to get them all by searching for "log" instead of having to scan the list for that name you can't quite remember. Or at least a way to reorder the list by installed date

I've been struggling like most of you trying to sort and find apps on my phone. "Apps Organizer" cured that in one download. Although I have just recently installed it, I have already sorted all my game apps into that category and added the Games widget icon to my screen for easy and quick access. I intend to do so with my other apps. Thank you Fabio Collini for a great app!

icon mess. Because of Lollipop I no longer have a single screen scrollable app *list.* With this app I simply put up a widget on my screen where I've grouped icon apps the way I use them. All my business, game and media apps nicely sorted behind single icons. No more going thru screen after screen. One of the first apps I install on a new phone - the others are SMS+, Business Calendar, Appkik, Easy Task Killer and the Blik Calendar widget.

I love this app, but since moving to Android 6 it has gone rather doolaly. Deleting an app no longer works properly and I have a growing number of apps that are still in there, and therefore in the pop-up menus, when in point of fact they are long gone. Also, the scroll down goes all peculiar. Please fix it, so I can give you the five stars otherwise richly deserved. Amanda H

Have been using this app for a long time. Can't do without it! It's the best app organizer in the market. Set up your three icons in the tray and you're all set to manage all your apps. 1st icon: shortcut "list" of categories. 2nd icon: "default" configuration app. 3rd icon: The "Other Apps" shortcut that holds all the new downloaded apps until you either categorize them or uninstall them. Once in a while I search for a better organizer, but there just aren't any better than this one!

Every time I scroll up or down the screen flickers. Also, it will take time to play with label names for efficient access without going to the wrong folder. It is great that you can assign Apps to multiple labels but I haven't figured out a use case for this.

Like many others, I'm sure, I discovered this app via Titanium Backup. Then, once I used Apps Organizer, not only did it do what I needed for use with Titanium Backup, but it proved a very useful tool by itself. Then I realized that I wanted shortcuts in App Organizer "labels"; and for once I didn't mind an app upselling me: it suggested Folder Organizer, which had the feature I wanted. Seeing that Folder Organizer could export and import its settings and definitions, I checked Apps Organizer and voilà!, I was able to reuse my Apps Organizer definitions by importing them into Folder Organizer. All around, using this developer's apps has been a great experience. I was happy to buy Folder Organizer, and I will still use Apps Organizer with Titanium Backup.

App is perfect in every way except for one. When i add a folder Label to my Home screen, the label of the folder defaults to "Apps label". It won't keep any of the labels i give nor will it even keep any of the default ones. They remain labeled properly until either i reboot my phone or plug it in to charge or even sometimes after just sittong unused for a few hours. If this didn't happen, i would give this 5 stars. I've looked for an option to fix this but i don't see any. I have even uninstalled program and reinstalled but that didn't help.

Can't understand why this app not default part of Android. Simple to use, flexible, almost perfectly intuitive. Would like to have ability to manually sort items within a group, or at least more kinds of stars. Minor bug:deleting app seems not to delete icon from AO. (BN NC w/N2A CM7, BN Nook HD+ w/N2A CM10)

It would be nice if android had something like this built in (like iphone) but for what it is, it works great. I dont mind the type of management that goes along with it, but others might want something easier. It seems light and works great, even if killed from an app killer. On: Acer Iconia Tab A100

Nice app. Love it. This thing is awesome. However, only 3 stars BECAUSE it does not seem to know when you uninstall apps that it should delete the icons leading to them in the various labels. I have no idea how to 'work around' this problem. You'd think that it would just delete the label/shortcut/icon thingy in the popup window, but nope... the uninstalled app icons are still right there.

I had been excited to find an organizer app. Instead, after sorting both downloaded applications and system applications with your labeling system, the program crashed twice and all my apps are now showing as installed but unusable! They all show app data stored somewhere on my device but every plugin, widget and app I have is inaccessible. If you've got a solution, I would love to hear it.

by X####:

Using this app you first apply labels to each app you use (or the frequent apps), optionally create extra labels, and then create shortcuts on the home screen to the labels. So less than half an hour to set it all up, but then you have an amazing organized app structure, this really makes using android easier!

X70%
by X####:

Love everything it does - its really intuitive. Easy to add apps to labels and then put em wherever, change icons - easy. Just crashes every time I try to change labels on a specific app if I do it while its in 'labels view'. While in 'apps view', it works fine.

You know the tiny scroll bar that goes down over time? Well the YouTube thing that shows a star can't be clicked! Sorry, please fix this, and I'll be happy as a cat and a cooked fish! :D

Able to extract icons from other installed apps, very good feature. Just it would crash when including a list of apps to a label . Luckily assigning app to a label still works. Also it is hard to star an app. Getting these fixed that would be a perfect app. I would still give 5 star coz it helped me alot.

Apps Organizer issues: Seems to crash when you try to label something while you're in the Labels tab. When you change the icon or name in the program it doesn't update the icon or name on the desktop. Could use a search option. In some apps, if you launch them from an Apps Organizer window, the screen visuals becomes out of place with actual touch screen.

Labels & sorts apps into preset or customised folders. The folder interface feels clunky & slow, so although not necessarily pretty, App organiser does what it says on the tin. The ability to remember & sort preciously uninstalled apps was a nice time-saving touch.

My phone used to be a bloody mess! So many pages to flip through and trying to scan each page for the app was a pain, I hated it. Now I only have to pages, home page and the second one with icons. Each icon is properly labeled to indicate the type of contents. Nice and clean, super lean!

Using it for so many years from my first phone. The app is a must for any disciplined user who wants everything laid out in an organized fashion for easy retrieval. Those who flaunt a box of innumerable apps messily cluttered everywhere must try this organizer - Sankaran on YU Yureka (CyanogenOS) India

Those of us who will test out 6 different programs for a single function are then left with dozens of applications that are no longer in our phone or tablet. There's no way that I have found to remove them from the app list in this program. Aside from that I have to admit I also tried a half dozen programs of this type and it's without question superior. Why the creator doesn't add a function that either automatically or manually allows us to clean up the app director is of course, absurd. PLEASE UPDATE!!!

I used really to like this app. Was one of my fav but now it sucks as it mutiplies one same icon on home screen itself and its hard to identify them. Pliz fix this and I ll give five stars.

Great app, but it crashes constantly when organizing apps (renaming groups, deleting groups, moving app between groups). It has had these problems for ages, so I am bumping the rating down as the developer hasn't attempted to fix the persistent issues. It works well, but it crashes as much as it works.

It's a very nice application when it works, but on my Droid 4, it often won't load the folders I've created--even after I've forced the application to stop working. The only way to access the apps through the folders is to restart the phone, which is a major inconvenience considering the application freezes at least three times a day. I'm sorry, that's just not worth the time.

I have used this app for quite a while. It's been very handy. My only issue is when scrolling in the app list to assign an app to a label, the list text becomes distorted. Once the scrolling stops, the list usually clears up again. This can be very annoying. Please fix in a future update.

Organize your devices home screen without resorting to ugly default folders. Wish it came with more icons to choose from and the ability to organize apps within folders using your own system. The one thing that bugs me is that the apps are always alphabetical within the folders and I can't move them around.

Update: crashes very frequently on my 4.1 & 4.1.2 Note 2 when working with labels, which is why I rate it 3 instead of 5 stars. The app that every droid user should have. Crams hundreds of apps into your homescreen and transforms your droid into a custom UI. Wonderful~

The main reason I downloaded this app is that I wanted to have easy access to apps I use the most. It lets me "star" apps but it won't let me see the starred apps together in one place. If I can't clump them together for easy access, what's the point of starring them at all? I made sure that "starred first" is checked on the preferences & I even restarted my phone but it makes no difference. Also, it's a bit of a hassle to launch apps through this app. You must press & hold & then select launch each time.

I have used this app daily for over a year, and I must say, it's awesome. Very few apps manage to stay on my tablet for a week, much less a year. I love the ability to place a folder on my home screen and have it show only the apps I desire. The ability to further refine these results by toggling to show only my favorites within a folder is even better. There are only two issues that need fixing: First, if I open the app to set my favorites and deselect a favorite's star, scroll down, and scroll back up, the star is reselected again. The app gets unfavorited successfully (i.e. if I open the folder from the home screen and select favorites, the app's not there), and if I exit and reopen the organizer app the star will be unselected, so it's just an odd bug. Second, sometimes when I open a folder from the home screen, it will open itself on top of a random recently used app (Kindle, email, Skype - whatever I've used lately). It's not a huge deal for me, but it is an odd fluke. Still, this is an awesome and useful app, well worth downloading.

I really like it but I find it is missing one thing. When launching a category from my destop it would be nice if I could change the category from the group window, that way I dont need a bunch of shortcuts... Other than that is is great... Also if I could sync my categories across devices that would be great.

Have used this app for years thru many android devices but now all it does is crash. Thinking it's about time to try something new. Just done a factory reset and can't even organize apps or create labels without it crashing every couple of minutes. Send crash reports etc with no reply back. Please bring back my dependable 5 star app SOON! Been complaining of crashes now for months. As others say it's the first app I typically install on any phone. It WAS awesome! Now it sucks! Uggg

I have over 24 games and counting on my Android device right now. The default Android folder can only support under 20 until you have to make a new folder. - This app is simply great without you having to worry about ads or silly "game boosters" sortments. Like I said, this app is great if you're trying to sort over 20 apps in one folder.

The best. Organize all your apps in one folder. Can create as many categories as you want with an ICON to represent. Don't know why everyone doesn't use it. Hag to downgrade it. Getting glitchy. The app is not laughing some apps and when apps are uninstalled from within the app, the app icon remains. Fix this to get back 5 stars.

Love the app, but is there anyway to make the imported images that I use as my icons to be bigger? The imported ones only show up half the size?

V70%
by V####:

I used to love this App. But it DOES have limits not included in the description. On 4 diff. phones (2 were Nexus') this awesome app gets terribly buggy around 700 apps/20 custom icons and is nearly unusable at over 900 apps with ~30 custom categories and icons, at which point any attempt to change an icon freezes AppsOrganizer and the SysGui until reboot. All 4 phones were rooted with CM-7, 9, 10, & now 11.

I'm so disappointed I wish someone would develope an app for Tablets. Doesn't work with Asus Transformer. Really bummed because I need folder/locker for all my apps.

Let's you customize screen and icons w/o resetting everything in a home launcher. Doesn't drop icons like phone. System more intuitive in general and much easier to manage. Even found app phone was missing. Nice that it lets you choose from your photos/wallpapers for folder icons.

I hate a lot of clutter on my desktop, and I hate paging through screens looking for apps. I also am always trying new apps, so I have a ton to keep track of. This app keeps everything organized and easy to find. It's awesome.

D70%
by D####:

I like the way this makes app access simpler and neater. However, I do have one small, yet annoying complaint. The inability to choose when/how often the app rebuilds the list. Having it do it every single time I start it just grates my nerves. I personality am not adding or removing apps every single day. Initializing the list once a day is enough.

(Galaxy Note SC-05D) This allows me to find any app quickly. It works great, however there are few icons available and many popular icon packs do not work with Apps Organizer. ...... I am "upgrading" to Folder Organizer by the same developer to support him/her and to perhaps get access to more icons. ....... This type of app should come included with android. ......... UPDATE: Folder Organizer is much, much better. It is much more automated, more configurable, and it totally solves the icon limits of this free version. .......
