Google Keep

Needs a lot of improvements -more colors and shades -font customization (size, underline, bold, italic) -side bar to drag and see where you at in a long note -ability to sort by (date, alphabetical order) ascending or descending -ability to sort manually when in a category (because now you have to go to notes to sort things manually) -add single line view for notes -ability to make different folders, and folders within folders -password lock for files with finger print -dark mode -ability to open to a certain folder by default Hope to see all these features in the near future

Update: must include a revision system or at least an undo option that persists for the life cycle of the current view --- currently it is far too easy to erase gobs of text and not reach the toast "undo" notification in time; having an app which can lose data so easily is unusual for Google Currently keep includes one template (a checkbox list---which is well done as it includes autocompletion of shopping items, for instance), and a freeform note mode. You can include in app drawings, insert images, set reminders for time or place. What's missing are sticky lists, customizable templates (or at least something like markdown), additional formatting and FOLDERS for organization. Labels would be fine, but as the interface is currently, labels make for a poor substitute.

Billions of dollars worth of CLUNKY software. STILL NO UNDELETE? OR LESS COMPLICATED FOR YOU, NO "DON'T SAVE CHANGES" OPTION? Seriously? All the money in the world and you still can't do little things right?

The app crashes every now and then when I search for something in my notes. I wish there would be an option to delete notes when I get reminded directly in the notification Centre. Also it would be nice to have a button on the widget to launch the app. Also it would be nice if I would get a notification when someone I shared the note with, makes a change to it, or had a look at it

This could have been a great app if it didn't have so many dang bugs. First off the sync with the Google calendar isn't perfect, sometimes my reminders from keep will notify me other times it doesn't show in my notification bar at all. Not to mention sometimes it'll give you the option to postpone "later" or "one hour" but sometimes not, i don't know why this isn't consistent. It also used to allow me to edit a reminder from the calendar and would ask me if i want to change the one occurrence or all occurrences and now it doesn't do this anymore. Additionally this thing STILL autocompletes my reminders after about an hour has passed but I haven't gotten around to it yet and then i nearly forget bc it's not in my notification bar anymore! What the heck is the point in having a reminder that disappears automatically?! Also if you haven't marked as done for the whole day it sometimes pushes it automatically to the next day, WHY??? the user should have control over how to handle this and there's no settings to control this either. Ugh.

No alpha item sort!!! It has SOME killer features, like collaboration and syncing, but then fails in a major way by missing something simple and absolutely essential: sorting list items (and ignoring users' requests for fixing this for more than a year)! CRITICAL FLAW / MISTAKE! Please give us even a simple fix by giving a preference for keeping items in alphabetical order, or something!

i love it at first but i don't know what happen but all of my notes disappeared! It happen twice! Even when i sync it but it cant be fully restored. If this crash the third time, i will go back to evernote

Even after second latest updation made today, Google Keep is keeping on not responding and not at all opening. Please take steps to set right things. So many documents were stored in there, What will happen to those if not functioning ? I am Lenova K3 Note user.

Simple. Efficient. Smart. I would describe it as Keep as the best integrated note keeping app. I enjoy this app very much, its interface is smooth as silk, 'functions' are very smart and so amazing to operate. I love the font used in Keep. A long while back I noticed that keep has limited word capacity. I copy pasted a small article from web in Keep, the last 2 paragraphs of the article were not pasted. I don't know whether word limit has been removed or not (I'll update about it in the review). But I enjoy the app. It's wonderful. Thoughtfully made.

The app is good however few improvements are needed - 1. Sort by name, date modified, date checked, date added option should be there in checked items notes 2. More Colors should be there for notes

Doesn't work when I have no Internet. It looks like the note is saved but it really isn't and you'll lose the changes without Internet. It doesn't even warn you. Other than that, it does as advertised.

K3 note. Last update has killed it. Won't open and I keep getting a message unfortunately Google keep has closed. Been great until now

So many sync issues that I lost so many notes. Not reliable for any thing worth keeping!

Google knows EVERYTHING about you. So if you use Google Keep to write down personal information. They know lol.

I can make a note and reminder. I hope google can add custom repeat schedule as per feature in google calendar. Sometime I want to custom a 2 week repeating reminder.

Great but missing some functionality: 1) there should be a widget that allows interaction with a single list 2) long pressing several items in a list should select them and allow copy and pasting between lists

The best note apps ever. Please do improve to make a note could highlight, bold, even italic font.

I need widget transparency regulation as it is done in the samsung calendars app. And also, I really need a dark theme!

Google Keep is a free note-taking and syncing app with a nifty OCR feature, but it lacks the features and mobile apps.

It is a very handy application but it could use with an option to keep passwords or encrypt a note.

Useful and OK app. Use it for grocery list which has become very long with duplicate items. Needs the ability to sort a list alphabetically.

Not getting reminders on the notification panel after the latest update . Kindly look into the issue.

After several last updates, this app keep crashing and cant be used, i have to use the web version and it's not practical

Handy for things like shopping lists and notes. But calendar is better for reminders like meetings and phone calls because the reminder doesn't work in that it doesn't sound or show up on the screen automatically.

It wil be better if there is an option to lock a note with password.

I love creating checklists and adding collaborators. The reminders for places or times are pretty helpful. I would like to have both, but I give 5 stars even without that.

It's always telling that Keep has stopped working. Please fix this issue.After the new update also it's not fix.

This app keeps me organized. It coordinates with my smartwatch and allows me to jot down notes at any time.

It's really helpful when you try to write something down and you don't have a pen or paper you can also write down inspiring quotes

I use this all the time, simple and effective and if you need some of the power features they are there!

Really clean and safe application as it is synced with your email Id.

There should be a password protection feature for some labels and a undo or versioning system..... else no doubt its the best....

It's getting crash... Could not open.

No integration with Google voice at all, even after update, such a great app for organizing, why would Google disassociate the 2 apps, bad move.

Don't want it never use it but forced to have it, AND IM SICK OF BUG FIXING UPDATES.

Easy to use and share notes. Perfect for shopping lists.
