Divide Productivity

I have to provision work cellphones with this application that does not work properly. Calendars missing, email not synching, and many times it does not install properly initially. I've had instances where the attachments do not open and throws an error code. The biggest problem is that exchange information does not get properly synched to the phone. We are looking for a replacement since support will stop this summer.

The one thing I loved about using my exchange email in the Gmail app was the integration into the Calendar widget. Hope too see a widget for divide calendar as well.

When using a galaxy J5 2016 the CC field is not viewable when typing in but it does except the text which means emails can be sent to unseen addresses

This is probably the biggest piece of garbage I have ever used. It has 10% of the features of outlook... Why any company would choose this app over any other one in the play store is beyond me...avoid this app if at all possible

Compared to the consumer apps from Google.

But now the real divide is gone, this has replaced it and requires it support. Thanks for ruining another great app google. Update. Original divide exists still but it appears Google removes it from the search results. Update 2. They never bothered to add support for android 6+. Thanks again google

It would be better if it supports configuring Email Accounts via MDM in addition to Exchange. Multi account support is also missing. Otherwise, this app works great.

A signature with more than one line inserts double spacing into the signature. Guessing it's reading the new line as a hard return. Gmail app doesn't do this so I can't imagine this is a difficult thing to fix. Doesn't handle inline image attachments very gracefully. If there is more than a couple attachments/images they're appended to the top of the message and you can't hide them (even after they've been fetched from the server. Scrolling horizontally is very unpredictable. Assuming it's because of the left/right swipe gesture for next/last message but could be handled a lot more gracefully. Setting mail client to display next message on deletion often fails to display the message and kicks you back to the mailbox view. Contacts app can only display the primary Contacts list. It doesn't allow me to synchronize additional folders within my Exchange contacts.

I used the enterproid divide for some time without needing third party for MDM. Exchange activating does this, but this version will not work without third party MDM according to docs. Enterproid divide was remotely wiped recently and not by my work. At least one other person had the same thing happen the same day, and it no longer works even after removing and reinstalling.

I installed it and I saw my productivity increase ten fold!

Works great with Google@work and much better than the gmail client!

What not active my account?

- Its okay as an exchange client. I'm still not seeing a reason to migrate from default android apps to the apps divide apps. - I'm getting multiple notifications in case of any mail - from gmail/inbox and Work-Email. Not useful. - In my calendar, all entries are duplicated. Argh..

Contact your IT manager for support? I don't get the point of this app. Unusable for a normal email account.

Cuz on a samsung galaxy s 5 normaly i cant download this i dont understand the logic behind the app cuz theres the normal contact and normal calender app from google why now this?

The calendar function when opening an event fails to open a navigation app after touching the address like in Googles normal calendar.

This is a great start on collaborative business productivity android application. For personal use it is pointless. Don't leave bad review if you aren't using it as intended.

None of the other reviewers seems to understand that this is an IT preview intended for information technology workers who are looking at this as a potential technology.
