Since the 7.1.1 1/5/17 security patch hit, my app has had a persistent "Tap to launch the app and address issues" notification. In the app there are no issues. Out of compliance for 6 days as of 1/16/17. Please fix.

I have been using this app for a long time and suddenly it seems that it is the top battery drain out of all my apps. I use my phone A LOT and still this one takes the top spot. Please fix it!

Please issue an update. I've been using this app for over a year and it has recently started killing my battery. I consider myself a power user on my phone, and this app is still the top consumer of my battery.

I've been using this for awhile... Gotten several reward cards and can't complain about that but I'm the past several weeks I noticed my battery can't even last half the time it used to and it's showing this app is doing it... I don't know what happened.

Great program; have gotten over $200 from it the past couple years. Recently it's been using insane amounts of power though. Like upwards of 20% per Google battery monitor. Needs to be fixed ASAP

I had this app on my phone for THREE YEARS and never cashed in any rewards, just let them add up. I lost my phone and before I got a new one they cancelled my account and wouldn't reinstate me or my rewards. GARBAGE COMPANY

This app has become a major battery drain. It's used 25% of my battery with an 1hr and 45 min screen on time, this is from using it after unplugging it from a full charge. I'm at 40% battery, at this percentage I would normally be at just over 4hrs. This seriously needs to be fixed.

What the heck happened with the latest update? Using up 35% of my battery just being in the background. Ridiculous, love this thing but I will have to stop using it if this keeps up.

Having accessibility for this enabled causes scrolling stutters and lag when typing with Google Keyboard. Both issues happen on a 2015 Moto X Pure Edition and OnePlus 3T.

It's intended to work in the background but giving it accessibility permissions puts accessibility controls in the YouTube app. These controls are obnoxious so I have to uninstall.

This is an update I was having issues but I contacted customer service and they got back with me within a couple of hours! quite unusual generally you get an email saying someone will be with you within....

Since the last update (2 Dec), my phone reports this app as being a major battery drain (25% of total). Also, my phone is super slow now. It hasn't been this way in the last year or so of use. Please fix!!!

I gave this app another chance even though they sent me a used $50 card once and never reissued it, however, I never uninstalled it and I was able to redeem $100 in gift cards that all worked.

Have had the app running for ages. Typical google style, non user friendly. Never seen a reward. Cannot find where to get my rewards. Little to no info within App. Feedback function does not work. Request to recover password did not work. USELESS! I do this with another company and it works like a charm and I have received $100's in rewards by now. Installed at the same time. Shame on you google.

I've been using this app for several years and it's been great, but now completely killing my battery. Always the top app on battery use, above screen and all other options. Not good, although I liked it before.

I take back my previous review in defence of Screenwise not sucking the juice out of the battery as many others were stating. Prior to Nov 2016, the last update as of today, Feb 21,2017, I never had problems. However, I've seen Screenwise at the top of the battery list almost exclusively with 32% the highest I've seen it though it more often is at the 18%-22% range which is unacceptable. I've contacted Screenwise about this issue over a month ago and they acknowledged that they were aware of the problem and were working on it. 4 months since the last update seems to me as though this is a low priority to them. If we all contacted Screenwise via the support link on their site, perhaps they'd put a few more grunts to work on solving the problem. Similar apps use less than 1%, 2% max, in my experience.

The extra money come Christmas time is a nice lil bonus but the battery drain and lag it causes on my phone and tablet really stinks. Send some updates to fix those things and it would be awesome not including the unnecessary permissions. I can't play games on my tablet because of the lag created and I only play Clash Of Clans. I'd hate to see what the lag does to fast paced racing game for example.

Getting too personal with information gathering along with permissions needed. If you guys get hacked we're all fk'd.

It's asking for access to notifications now. Nothing in the release notes explains why or even that this has been added.

I would highly suggest you very carefully read new privacy rules. Kind of scary.

I have had this app installed on my phone for quite some time, months infact, and i dont recall ever receiving an incentive or reward of any kind as was promised. And yes the app drains my battery as well.

Why is this now asking permission to read my notifications??

Great app for a great purpose, but my phone went from 53% to 7% in the ten minutes it took me to walk across campus from one class to another (i.e. I was not actively using it). Looked at my battery usage, turns out this app was just eatin' up all my juice.

Easy money! I've never noticed a battery drain nor has it affected my use in my phone. Prior to the changes that took place last year you did have to wait a bit for payment but now payment is instant and you can cash out with $5. If you are not a member you are missing out.

This app was working fine until the last couple of weeks. My battery is draining fast and my phone has slowed down overall. Please fix this soon as I don't want to have to uninstall it. It's been a great way to make a little passive income. This happened before and there was a fix. Please fix it again soon!

I've heard it took weeks to receive your e-gift card or whatever, but ever since the transition from Screenwise to Cross Media Panel, I got a few gift cards in the span of 2 minutes via email. Amazing. However, I am somewhat upset that they stopped sending updates on your rewards balance, so I have to check myself, finding out it hasn't refreshed it.

Soooo I noticed one day that in the span of 3 hours my phone had drained from 100% to 3%. I had not been doing anything with my phone; it was sitting idly on my nightstand while I watched tv. I have since installed this app and no issue since. I'm not happy because I obviously like the extra money. Why the huge battery drain??

App and rewards have been great until recently. This app has become huge, I'm talking 1.7 GB alone in storage space. Add to that the battery issues now, I am about to delete app. The app is using 34% of my phone battery minimum now. And that is with screen being mostly off. It is so bad that even on a charger, battery is taking ages to charge up as well. App needs fixes immediately.

Free money for letting Google spy on me... I can live with that. However this app has gotten progressively worse. Removing it doubled my battery life. It also seems to make the entire OS barely functional.

The rewards program is nice, I have been using it for almost 2 years now but the app for the phones is the highest user of battery. In comparison to my fiance's phone that doesn't have the app hers will have 4-5 hours more battery life than mine. We both have Galaxy S7 edges. Please fix the app or I will have to consider only having the panel on my tablet and computer.

Here's an updated review. My initial was a 2 star bad review but in the recent months they got this app under control. It now consumes less power and doesn't have the same issues it had on the so edge + where it would crash. Now it's awesome I use it to take my wife out to Chili's every 10ish weeks for a free dinner.
