Only has 2 rewards options. Google play Credit and Google Merchandise. They run out of Google play credit really fast which sucks. And when I want to redeem cards they just run out and out. This app helped me learn a lot but the rewards Arnt that good. They should add more rewards options. We are being very limited

Three weeks to verify during which the end of the promotion for the cast which is the only reason I did this stupid training anyway. So I tried to redeem for Google Play credit which continuously failed. Now they ended the Google Play credit so I have a choice of spending my credits on overpriced Android swag or drawing tickets for Google cardboard what a joke. I definitely won't be recommending any of these products to my customers when you screw us over as Representatives

When I was trying to redeem my points for Google play credit, it never went through and now when I checked, the credit was redeemed for Google merchandise instead. And now the option for Google play is gone

I've been verified and also had an email sent to my email address saying I've been verified already but it still won't let me get my coins exchanged... If fixed would definitely be a 5 star app

I love the app and I recommend it to all my coworkers, but I haven't received new trainings in months. Kind of disappointed. Will it ever get new trainings?

This Google App Stinks period!

They removed the Google play store credit reward, which was the best way to incentive employees to use the app for learning.

This is a great app if you are in the industry of Android and Google products. Every product training is available. Best of all, Google gives you coins towards merchandise or Google Play credit.

Just received an email saying train up will be moving 9/22/16... Will this app then be defunct?

I've emailed you multiple times and you keep sending the message "please email us at ***" to help in the verification process. I have, as I said, multiple times but have no response as to why. This is apparently worthless.

I have more than 10 coins I cannot get any rewards why

Anytime I refer a coworker to this app and they follow my referral link they recieved this error message. I'm trying to get more people to buy into the program and learn about your products but the technical issues are causing this to not happen. Also being rewarded for getting people in isn't possible because of this.

This is a great app to help you learn and review information on all the information about Google. I've found this pretty helpful when selling Chromebooks to customers. The only issue is that the app frequently errors out when I'm doing the learnings, and requires going out of the current learning them going back in to redo it.

There are very frequent errors on every training. There is also a discrepancy in the coins I have in the app and on the website. I can also not claim any of my rewards even though I am verified. Very good tool to learn about Google products, but very shoddy and unrewarding execution

Isn't giving me credit for the tests. I've earned 21 coins, only tells me 16. Cannot get any support, cannot get Chromecast - hence wasted my time.

Is not giving me credit for completing courses tells me I only have 19 coins when I should have 24

Keeps telling me I don't have coins when I most definitely do. Takes convenience out of the app. Works fine on Chrome though

Great app. A lot of fun getting rewarded for gaining product knowledge to help me with my day job. Only negative thing I could say about this app is please try and make the answers more than 2 columns long. Failed many boosters due to only half of the answer being out and the second half being cut off for being too long

Got on, got in, did training. Lots of coins to spend. Tells me im not verified. So I wait till it says I am verified. Try to redeem coins for a chromecast. Nothing happens for a minute then app freezes. Promptly after that happens the app crashes and tells me it's no longer valid in my country (Canada). Open supposed new app, no credit, no coins, no rewards to show for time and effort already put in. Thanks, really excited to sell google products now.

This is a refreshed review of an earlier version. App works as intended, rewards could have a little more selection as I already have a chromecast, but hey its free stuff :) I was curious though, as an avid tech guy, I've basically finished every quiz available, any ETA when new quizzes may be posted up? I presume once the Pixel Phone & new products announced Oct. 4th drop ;)

Great way to learn about Google's products in a rewards based system. There were some coding problems with some questions, but the Google team fixed them within the month.

I work for best buy so this is a great way to get product knowledge on all of the Google items we sell. I'm super thankful for this app, and I love all Google products. Hoping maybe one day I could get a job with Google! Maybe be a rep like ours that comes into bby all the time!

I have 48 coins so far. Go to trade in the 35 coins for 15$, " you dont have enough coins". Attempt to trade in 25 coins for 10$, " you dont have enough coins". Ummmm nope thats wrong the app says I have 48.... Fix this issue please...

lol I sent in my verification and nothing so far.. it's been 2 weeks and I still can redeem my reward.

I'm not employed buy a Google retailer so I can't redeem my coins.

I got some coins but nothing shows up in the rewards page. Whats up with that? Please reply

No longer available in US, worthless app.

Got an email stating that I was successfully verified. But when I try to redeem says validation pending..

mine is in french and no way of changing it.

I am not a retail store employee, but an interested in Google products, so I figured I could learn while earning coins. However, while registering, I realized I had to choose from a list of select retail stores, such as Best Buy and Costco.

Been waiting over 2 months and still won't verify my account so I can redeem rewards

Submitted the verification, it's been over a month and still can't claim rewarsa
