Ordered Google Home. Contacted customer service who sent a tracking link showing it hasn't shipped a week after order. STILL doesn't ship. Contact customer service again she cancels my order and tells me I can just order it all over again. Gives me a $10 coupon which can't even be applied to purchase. Simple order, miserable experience, pointless customer service.

Costco is a 30 minute drive. So I tried Google Express. Awesome. Ordered sunday, delivered 40 lbs of goods on Tuesday for 4.99. I live in the city so I didn't have delivery issues. This may not be the case in more rural areas. 2 thumbs up. I will use this app often for my Costco shopping.

Service went from wonderful to worthless. Rarely deliver to our door and leave packages anywhere. You can no longer make plans because Google Express wants you to be available anytime between 8am and 10pm. No real-time tracking, delivery windows, cold items, etc. Google needs to invest in this again or just stop trying. Customer service is rude and now make up excuses for drivers missing deliveries. Crammed box delivery for costco orders so you get smashed bread. App is a jumbled mess.

Absolutely awful. Started out great, took my money, and proceeded to cut important services. Devolved into shipping items via DHL. Ignored explicit instructions regarding issues with my disability. A real embarrassment for Google.

Better than Amazon! Better customer service from reputable dealers. I've been scammed too many times by Amazon's scamming third party sellers. Only place google express loses to Amazon is the variety of products that are available which are far less compared to Amazon.

Great shopping app that still has a lot of potential, especially in working with major retail brands. Only had one order hiccup where it was delayed, but I believe that was due to weather. Otherwise worth a try.

My packages were consistently either days late, damaged, missing, or replaced with the wrong item. A lot of the items sold aren't even the items pictured or described. I love google. I hate this service. I expected better. Highly disappointed.

Used to be great, turned awful. Ordered something and they gave me an entire day's delivery window, then passed my package off to LaserShip. If I wanted packages by fast but cut-rate time-indefinite courier services, I'd use Amazon Prime.

Update: Just curious on why the Google express app on my phone doesn't have Bed Bath and Beyond and recently you guys just took Pier One off of my app. Just would like an explanation why because I love shopping at those places . but Use this code for $10 off your first order xes94m2L3. Crappy crappy crappy doesnt allow me to finish my checkout wont accept my card. As it is it makes you have to spend $15 just to get free shipping. I hate this app!!

What is this? Why did you add stores like you were going to allow purchase from their entire inventory when it's really only about a dozen items. I hope this floundering waste of resources helps you to decide to drop this and go silent, or publicly apologize.

Needs to integrate with Android pay for loyalty and Google keep for the shopping list because Google assist only integrates with Google keep for the shopping list.

Credit card charged but not refunded as they were not able to find the associated account. Poor app design.

Google Home FTW!

Used to be wonderful in the beginning. Now, they use a 3rd party delivery service (OnTrac) that is careless and never delivers on the day they say they would. It took me 3 days to receive an order despite me waiting at the door. What's more, Google Express phone support had the audacity to give me the tracking number and ask me to fight out the delivery schedule directly with OnTrac. What The Actual Eff! 4 phone calls and hours later they still can't help me or empathize with me. I switched to Amazon Prime Now and I'm not going back!

Waiting all day for the delivery and the courier decided to deliver it to the leasing office instead at 830pm on a saturday. They usually close at 7pm so I am surprised the accepted that delivery and on top of that when I get notified, the leasing office is closed and now I have to wait until monday. But the biggest issue is that now I have to make 6 or 7 trips by myself to bring my packages home at the expense of my back, assuming they can be carried by one person. The only reason I buy from google express is the convenience to have the heavy items at my doorstep, without that service I am no longer paying for this.

Great at the beginning, but now it doesn't work well any more. My last 2 experience they took 8 days delivery and it was not complete. Bed costumer service too!

Minimal amount of perishable foods. I can't get eggs or bananas. There's only one type of milk from Whole Foods which doesn't interest me. Guess I'll just stick to Meijer curbside pickup plus Amazon Prime.

The worst app, set up, and customer service ever!

They insist on using Ontrac, which never delivers on time and often loses packages. Their drivers mark the packages "delivered" even when they aren't. Ontrac marked my $600 package delivered, even though it's actually lost. And Google express will not refund. Also the tax on purchases is 12.5%, much higher than in most areas.

I have targets car wheel app, with the Google express, you don't have a field to enter in the cartwheel codes to save more money. Please add, and I will rate higher.

The app and the service are great. The problem, the shipping company that they are using in NYC, Dynamex. They are really letting this service down.

Still no share button on the item pages. A lot of the descriptions are wrong, it's missing a lot of useful filters, and it can't sort by price per unit. Worse, the search results page makes you scroll through the results for each store separately, which gets worse and worse as they add more stores. That might make the stores happy initially, but it drives the customers to Amazon, which has no problem blending results from multiple vendors. The product team for this service is asleep at the wheel.

Quality of service is coming down. With dynamex the delivery is getting delayed by another day. Poor product information and images. Forces you update the app to use when you are on low battery and not on Wi-Fi.
