Google Support Services

Being that Google offers this service for free, and and then can help you figure out how to do something, or fix software issues for you, or if they spot a bug in Google software they can report it so Google programmers can fix it... I'd say great job Google. Very helpful!

Unlike a couple reviews say Google will never just start chatting with you. You have to initiate the support session. Once you do you get out in a quick moving line and you can use your phone for other things from start to finish because while in Support there is always a notification to go back right away. They can even reconnect with you immediately after a reboot. It's a great service that can fix common software issues but they aren't magic. They can't edit system files or anything like that so sometimes a factory reset is still in order as is a trip to the carrier store where you bought it but overall the service is helpful, fast and super convenient. Highly recommend it.

Big Question. How to contact google agent here in India. You guys made this application but give us way to contact them. Gets no replys of email. Just links to the problem. Strange.

Hi if we clear the catched data more times the phone will become slow and lagging please update to fix this issue ....... It's my suggestion and please tell the importants of catch memory to the users...

I have this app yet cannot find it anywhere on page and there is no widget for it. So I go to Google support services myself with the question of how can someone email me using a Gmail address which only Gmail and that person know how to reply back to one another are on and yet is a address that Gmail tells me it is invalid when I try to directly reply to it.? Google support services tells me to pay $5 down and then $23 all total to answer my question. That is the online response from them that I get when I ask my Google assistant how to contact them. But as far as the app goes, I cannot find it on my phone.

Excellent service and a great move from Google to increase the goodwill of Android OS in terms of customer service where tech reviews often highlight it as a negative side of Android compared to Apple iOS.

The level of innovation produced by Google has dropped sharply since they put Sundar money-grubber Pichai in charge. If your products don't create a new paradigm, then force the paradigm on your loyal customers, right Sundar? Nexus owners have all received a big middle finger from Google with the release of the Pixel phones.

Nexus users need to running Android version 7.1.1 for Google Support Services to be working. The update is rolling out as of Dec 5, 2016, but if you can't wait, you can adb sideload it to your device. These services needed to be integrated into the system image apart of the system settings, so just an update from the play store wasn't enough to fully enable, thus the need for Android system update. I can confirm this is working on my Nexus 6p running Android 7.1.1
