Google Fiber

Google Fiber is the best cable company by far I've had the pleasure to conduct service's with. I have nearly every option you can get except home phone service and still pay little compared to DirecTV and Xfinity/Comcast, and Spectrum for the same or less features. Love how you can broadcast most google apps from your phone to whatever TV you want. The picture quality is outstanding. Customer support treats you like family when you give em a call and need to work something out. Overall I just wish Google Fiber would become more widespread or even a monopoly on home/business entertainment services. Give em a try.

Its new.. All new things have problems in the beginning, but they work to try and fix everything, customer service is super awesome with Google. I love it and yes it does slow down and it does glitch sometimes but it is WAY better than cable.. I would go with Google even on a bad day!!

Great when it works but frequently it slows down and I have to reboot. Sometimes like now part of it freezes and in spite of rebooting multiple times one box doesn't work right. It won't bring more than one channel or bring up the guide or dvr list.

Google Fiber has been great, so far. Only had it for a few months. But Internet speeds are great, as is TV service. Though it does require a box at each TV. No 2-70 service for "basic" cable. Still that's kinda nice, since each TV has full features.

We've had Google high speed and TV for 4 month and it's been great. Really like both these apps and especially enjoying the ability to record/watch all the shows we want simultaneously. Great improvement over TWC and Dish. Would love ability to watch recordings remote from local network but hopefully that feature will come later.

Dosent work sometimes. Cannot communicate with the modem

It's good for what it does, but I'd like it if I could see who was connected to my network, how much bandwidth they were using, and throttle / disconnect them. Or Encheferize them. That would be pretty cool.

Fast and reliable. Gives account, support, and network info. Have had Google Fiber for one year now and we love it! This app is simple, but gives all the billing and account info. Additional support is just a hyperlink away.

Thank you Google Fiber for taking the initiative to do what the big cable companies have been promising they would do for years with the millions of tax credits that they just paid out to their Wall Street ilk in dividends instead. The only ISP/TV provider that continues to exceed my expectations of customer service, reliability, and value. Truly they are responsible for generating the greatest market competition seen in decades. #thankful

Just had fiber installed. Died within 4 hours. Install tech repeatedly stated never unplug power to reboot. Sent note to tech support and their first instruction was to unplug unit. App shows box is of line and will not connect to it even though Google says it's working. Think I might should have let them get the kinks out first.

Not many things can live up to the hype and expectations, but fiber had actually exceeded both.

App freezes anytime you try to save a network change.

I have project fi for my phone's, Google fiber cable/internet and have converted multiple friends and relatives who now are also forever Googlers.

Was great and useful, can't figure out why but as of last few months just stopped working, rebooted box, everything just doesn't work anymore, just a white blank screen.

This app and the companion app, fiber tv, are simple and easy to use. Help is easy to find. Customer service is good. Very happy with my fiber service

I use the basic utilities of app and have not tried any other uses it may have. I have never had a problem with the app.
