I love it, but it would definitely be better if it had a dark theme. The white hurts my eyes and I'm not willing to ruin the documents I have by changing the background color

I can't layer images and get them to stay. I put one on top of another and the first one moves away.

Google Docs has saved me countless hours because I can begin or resume authoring documents on the go.

Why do you keep moving my italics?! **EDIT** Much better with the italics back on the easy toolbar. I would've given this a five-star review before, but now... How many people change their font or font color in the middle of writing, so often that it warranted an update? Honestly, it's pretty irritating having to go into the menu for italics. Please change it back, or make the toolbar customizable.

I use this for all of my essays and homework. Or I used to until something happened and now every time I try to edit a document it tells me that "docs unexpectedly quit." It works just fine on my computer but my phone is much more convenient-or it would be if it worked.

Why does the app need to take up precious space on my phone? There's no way to use it on my browser in my phone and that's frustrating. Please give people an option instead of forcing us to download multiple apps in order to update our information. Why have Google drive come standard in android if I can't edit the information?

I loved this app I've used if for years. It updated and now I can't even use it. Yes I know, "It's not optimized for my device." but I can't get a document open for more than a second! There are 25+ documents sitting in limbo because of an update.

It won't download larger files (80k words) nor can it copy the content, the copy button doesn't react. Shared files lag so much it takes a minute to write three words, and it causes the keyboard to crash (both stock and Swype). It's near impossible to work on anything larger or shared.

Why is this not working on my Moto G2? I've been using it very well on my previous Moto G1. It worked beautifully. Now after I moved to Moto G2, the app just shuts down when I try to edit anything. Moto G2 has got Android M

This app is awesome! I can pull it out on my phone jot down notes I deals for assignments and work project's. The combination of Google Docs and Drive is a very powerful for anyone that is always on the go.

I love google docs, I use it all the time for school. However, using it as a phone app is quite an issue. The app closes the moment I type, delete, highlight, or anything that I do to edit. Shortly after my ccleaner on my phone automatically launches. Please fix this issue! I would love to be able to edit my assignments and study notes on my phone!

I remember when Docs was first released back in 2010. It was WICKED back then and even WICKEDER now! However, now, since I've purchased the Moto Z2, it creates when I try and edit or create a doc and then CCleaner suddenly boots up. What the heck? Please fix this otherwise amazing application.

The Docs app is very productive. However, your editing options are quite limited when trying to do anything other than something that is related to font, paragraph, or table. An "advanced" sharing option, similar to the desktop version, would not require me to jump to the desktop version of the site on my phone just to change if people can save, copy, or print my work.

Update didn't work for Moto G4 still crashes and closes down every time I try to edit a file. Then c cleaner comes on. Please fix and I will change review as loved it before

I use this all the time on my laptop but my phone freaks out. I'll type one character into docs and it'll close down!

Great for all aspects of life! Work and everyday writing, things you need to note or itemize. Online storage also helps me shift between devices. Thanks Google

This app seems to lag a lot especially when typing. It takes a couple of seconds after I type for the actual words to soar on screen.

Before I starting using the application, I had a tendency to jot things down on paper, after which I would misplace them. With this application, this is no longer a problem.

The feature is very limited. It is very difficult to do editing work. Still need a lot of improvements.

It's great for normal work. It's simplistic and gets the work done. Although I would Google to build sinething like Grammarly within this.

Loved it. Now, since 2018, it keeps crashing when I try to edit a file. Tried all fixes, nothing works. App is basically broken.

Docs works fairly well with what I use it for. The only problem I've come across is that occasionally a file won't load on my phone. Other than that everything is good.

This app is not optimized for my device. Go figure what that means exactly.

Stress free editing, the ability to open almost any file type with the the ability to edit the file you opened, the ability to save multiple file types if needed, and the integration with most other Google other Google products makes this application definitely something you should have. If you don't want to pay tons of $$$ to other companies like Microsoft and Adobe and get basically the functionality they have to create, edit and save documents, this is DEFINITELY for you.

I'll give it 5 stars as soon as you optimize it for large documents (400+ pages). Currently, the app becomes unresponsive as soon as I open a large document

I used to love this app ???? But not now! Because when I'm going to "Create a New Docs file, New Word file", Edit & Settings, Closes the app & opens my other app with the name of CCleaner ???????????????????????????????????????????????? Please solve these problems soon!

Does weird things when WiFi is off, I found I could only edit if I put phone into flight safe mode, then when I tried to send to someone with gmail it sent the online incorrect version.

Google tries to do too much with stuff that should be so simple!

For someone who is a writer and always on the go it's so nice to have a good reliable app that you can put all your thoughts and ideas into before you lose them. Easy to use and always there, docs is a must-have app

Being able to write on a whim from phone from anywhere is amazing. Documents are easy to share and the software is free. What's not to love?

Just about every time I go to write anything on mobile, the app shuts down. I keep sending feedback, but nothing is working. Please fix it.

Mike, Moto e running 6, Moto e running 5.1 Don't use this much on my cellphone, mainly because it appeared to constantly screw up document spacing, however I just discovered that going into settings and turning on print view solves that problem. I do use docs on my Chromebook and it's great. On the phone, the app works, but I often find editing a document on a cellphone's small screen irritating, mainly because android keyboard doesn't have a Tab key, so I tend not to edit on the phone. It's good being able to view documents though. Also, unlike MS Word, it isn't filled with several features nobody ever uses, in other words it just does what you need it to. I like it alot.

Constantly freezing, taking me to the top of the document (WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING when I'm trying to read a 300+ page book!!) weird glitch where I am taken into desktop editor (and it also reverts me to the top of the document) just a bunch of very inconvenient glitches that happen way to often.
