* View logs, errors and latency profiles to make troubleshooting application and resource issues easier on the go.
* Opt-in to receive push notifications when a new error occurs in your Google Cloud services.
* View billing accounts associated with the user.
* View and manage Incidents tracked in Google Stackdriver
* View and edit project level permissions

Cloud console persistently requests permission to access my tablet and phone. When I deny the permission it pops up again in the background. I have a cloud console account and I wasn't even logged in to the services while this was happening. If there is an administrator who manages the console, I need more clarity on that. But from my experience I don't think not being logged in means the account should still be accessible by third parties.

For some bizarre reason the Stackdriver logs section won't allow me to remove the app-engine filter so I can't check my logs on the go.

Mostly good. Would be really useful to be able to see details of files & folders in storage buckets (size and date), without that it's impossible to know if they're up to date.
