Having problems connecting to Taiwan for months. Connected but too slow, can't function at all. Please fix.

The China ones were working fine but my account has been frozen TWICE already! Both my CrossVPN accounts! And when I inquired about it they said if you download via BT then your account gets frozen but it should be fine after 5 minutes (like yeah right my accounts seem to be frozen forever now). I desperately need a VPN to connect to China's Servers since I use many of their apps e.g. QQMusic and stuff, and people outside of China have no access to these things. Finally I found such an amazing VPN but if I were to face these problems too often then I'm sorry to turn you guys down. This is killing me. I've just used it for barely 3 hours and from loving it I'm already starting to dislike it, a lot.

Korean VPN has not been working a while, while while.... they said working in normal.. but not true.. all 3 korean vpn connections lead to Japan..

I paid almost $16 for your 'platinum customer' only for using korean proxy. However, out of only 3 proxies, 1 proxy is always blocked and the other 2 proxies are barely working with so much slow speed. I never believe this is the value of my precious $16. So please refund it. It is the basic matter of your commercial ethic.

Don't work on desktop, they gave bunch of failed instructions, I demanded refund but no response! Liars!

I love this VPN, cheap, working and good connection... But almost always gets frozen or "Oops, network unnormal" everytime. I hope the next update will fix these annoying problems.
