EzManage for Android
App was updated on my telephone. After booting the inverters after parameter change , both were no more accessible and no reports sent to server. I can still see inverters on router as connected. Please help

This app is always being updated and each update seems to make it better. If they could make it to show me number of panels i have and their efficiency (even if I have to setup quantity and type) it would be wonderful for adjusting for peak power. For those receiving a failed to update some functions require you to be in battery only mode for update to occur.
Not thought out well. Poor customer service. The next causality in the solar industry
Where do you set charging times
Tried to update settings on inverter and the setup failed with no indication of what problem is.
Hopelessly unusable, and feels like it was made by an amateur.
I tried this on all the Android phones in the house. All crashed on startup.
After the update i dont have the daily power useage and power generation bar/graph...
The real time reporting is excellent for understanding your usage, batteries work well, and very flexible re using your own generation.
Its okay. It can be made better by including " Help" and "Fault history" and "Version upgrade" and "Access through lnternet".
Can't seem to get it to work at all very poor
The app works well but it is impossible to get help with the meaning and function of the icons. This part is very disappointing.
The app is very difficult to use as the help documentation in the app doesn't work for all the screens (Galaxy Note 3). Works for the first two screens. Said documentation is not in the Goodwe manual either. How does one restrict the grid from charging the battery bank? Recommended settings for AGM batteries? Shadow scan? What are the Charge and discharge power limits referring to?
The app does the basics well and connecting via wifi router is convenient. It can however be improved: a clear description of the operation of the inverter and the settings in the app (possibly in the goodwe manual); different battery discharge depth settings for "household" and "back up"; connection of the app through the internet to allow remote monitoring and settings adjustment.
WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE GOODWE BOX. NO GOOD...
Hate this. There is no Setting menu. To restore backup manually, or adjust Batter settings!
Does not connect to inverter, program is useless and their programs for Mac and pc don't work either, never invest money with goodwe or ezmanage
There's got to be a way to make this more user friendly.
Many problems in the ES series inverters
With this software update it now connects much faster with the inverter but still does drop the connection after a while. Inverter still restart itself in a continuous cycle. The Start Backup Output button still doesn't work. Support from GoodWe is very slow. Do you guys test your products before shipping it to costumers? It feels like we are the tester for you guys. Don't buy this crap
It still doesn't connect after the software update. Therefore I can't still use the inverter. Fix please. To much money spent on a invert that can't be used for software issues.
It does not connect. Do not buy this inverter it does not work and Goodwe is not helping. Spend more and buy SMA or other good brand. Total wastage of money.

Configuration of the BP charger seriously needs fixing. Numbers change, templates don't match battery type. Setting country is faulty. List goes on....
